GTA IV hands down! And the new expansion: The Lost and the Damned is amazing although it takes up a lot of space on the hard drive. The new vehicles and achievements are fun as well.

Yea- this is late but GTA 4 is the BEST. Saints row 2 sucks, the first was better in style. the overall controls and car handle sucks so unreal.

well it really matters what your looking for in a sandbox game... GTA4 is a more realistic approach it has its fun moments while saints row 2 focuses on more of a fun unrealistic style not trying to compare... i have both so i they are both ok. ^^

hands out gta looks resaalistic but saints row 2 has like a more enviornmental background graphic like it looks like u can go in any building on saints row 2 and a wider arsenal of weapons

GTA is like the Tony Hawk series, it's been going downhill for the last couple of games. In my opinion GTA has been replaced by Saints Row just like Tony Hawk has been replaced by Skate.
