I am an alto, but in our chorus the girls switch between alto and soprano. It kinda sucks, becuase my soprano is so..like..flowy. It sounds like I am doing opera but singing radom words. like this: ohyeahahdashgfkfgbhhfkgbjhfgjnh.
yeah. i suck at soprano. =[
BUT I LOVE ALTO! =]

Im not on any specific part, just whatever our choir director puts me on to even out and balance the choir. Or whomever needs help.

It's not really choir, I'm in a vocal class, but it's similar.
I'm an alto.
gah, the high, high notes of Soprano 1s are almost frightening =|

my choir director put me into 1. Soprano but I think I'm Mezzo my Voice is more powerful in this position

I was originally an alto but my choir director placed me in the soprano 2 section ._. yay choir! I refuse to join the elite group at our high school, they take it way too serious :

Bass 2. I can hit a low D Sharp at best, D is a little too quiet still for me, and I can go up two octaves from that. Three if I'm in perfect condition, but that's only happened three times on random days.

alto... crying wishing i wuz a second soprano... my teacher doesn't think i would do good in soprano i can hit 1st soprano notes, but she doesn't realize it *sigh* it's kinda depressing
i could be really good at soprano, maybe this year i could pretend to not be good at alto

I'm a Soprano 1. I have, like, a two-and-a-half-octave range. I can go from a low F to a high B. I can hit a high C, but it sounds all twitchy and my voice cracks a lot. I almost got it, though. ;3

I'm a Soprano 2, but I can do S1 or A1. My rang is from the E below middle C to the B flat nearly two octaves above that, so basically two and a half octaves.
