Bio: Calm, quiet, peaceful, very slightly muscular (much less so than his brother.) Enjoys listening to classical music. Much like a civil protester. Unlike normal U.H., all of his years, he never knew his power. It took a while to discover them. He has a split personality, which is possibly the most important fact about him. His interests have been shown to be in a girl named Cat, but he hasn't made a move since he was changed into an animal. Since, he's been very jealous of, and quiet about, a man presumed to be named Charles Remmington.
Interest: Music, Nature, Logics
Other: Twin brother to Izaak. They were born the same time, but they were not from the same exact DNA set, so they don't look like twins. He is now a panther, and is aware that his alternate personality can do such.

Bio: Seeker of Righteous Judgement, as opposed to a civil protester kind of person. He enjoys hard rock, and things like dark, almost Gothic music. He has his own power, separate to Justyn's.
Interest: Justice/Judgement, Punishment for Criminals, Playing God
Other: Composes nearly half of Justyn's actual mind. The recessive personality. He has the ability to change Justyn into a panther.

Name: Kontengai
Age: 18
Faction/Non-Faction: Non-Allied
Occupation: Freelancer
City/State: Weyard
Sex: Male
Bio: Knows little of his past, he left his adoptive parents for reasons unrevealed by him. He's left all shelter and hospitality behind, and only really ever has one thing on his mind at a time. He lets nothing get in the way of it.
Interest: Philosophy, kicking a**, and getting stronger (to kick more a**)
Other: A drifter type. He is always in bandages up to his mid upper-pectoral region, and all over his arms, to his knuckles, and his legs, to the balls of his feet. It doesn't mean he always goes barefoot or never wears gloves, though. His head is uncovered. (Sometimes carries/uses swords)
Appearance: His eyes show to the world, and he always has sad, sorrowful eyes. His hair is short, black, and spiked out but not up. His eye color is green, and his sleeveless robe, which he always leaves opened in the middle, revealing his bandaged chest, is a dark blue, and the hakama is black. He often goes barefoot, except for the bandages.

Name: Kain M. Sh'Zual, though he uses the name "Feign Lupid" in public. NO ONE other than his Master know him as Kain.

Occupation: Lead of H.E.C. Development

Bio: Kain's only true purpose is to gather so much power in to his own body that even God himself would bow before him. At this point Kain could be considered a demi-God, though no one has seen Kain himself actually fight, rather he uses his two puppets (mothered after his slaughtered Mother and Father, using their own tissue even) and his own chimera, Ted, which he refers to as "The Beast." He joined H.E.C. under the terms he'd be given unlimited resources and funding for his work in exchange for services. He respects no one other than his Master, who he believes may help lead this world in to a neo-Monarchy era of which he's always dreamed of. To hide who he is and his identity as the Kira of the Faction H.Q., Kain's taken on the alias "Feign Lupid." Still a member of H.E.C., Feign seems to only care about whoever can give him the biggest "kick out of life." He tries to act like a gentlemen and even a friend to Faction members, caring only about his "job" that he's never actually on. Though he tells many war stories, he's never actually been in combat as Feign yet. No one aside from his Master has actually SEEN Kain, thus making his alter-ego easy to keep up.

Kain has now revealed himself to a young woman and intends to partner with her to bring down H.E.C. When Kain heard the news that Micah fell before he'd ever had a chance to question him and kill him off himself, he locked Draega in his manor and attacked Seth after a brief investigation concluded by the notes of is project, Tedd. Kain's plans have altered, but only to include Draega and old friend and eliminate Seth and resurrect Black Rose...

Interest: Research and the fruits of such dabbling. Feign's interests, as he puts them off are women, money and the greatest adventure life could ever give him.

Name: Laura (Lura) Marlo
Age: 21

Faction/NonFaction: Faction
Occupation: Street singer, historian, and writer. She gets her money about the streets performing, also works in a bar called the Devils Advocate.
City /State: Weyard
Bio:Her parents died when she was 10, she lived with her wolf canis in an orphanage. At the age of 16 she learned as much as she could about earth and about earths anciant history from the text books her grandparents took with them. She knows what everyone thinks of earth is wrong, she knows the reason earth was destroyed was due to the HEC - and she wouldn't let them do it again.
Interests: music, swimming, wolves, night time, history, stars, dancing - - and men.
Other: she can use her voice to calm people or seduce and sometimes temporarily controle a person or mutant- but only for five minutes and once aday. Her ability to create weapons from water and ice as long as she has her metal base helps her get out of sticky situations while running undercover. Sometimes she can teleport through water and shadows but no more then three feet but just enough to get her out of trouble. She also has perfect night vision, sees just as well as a cat - but...she is blind during the day. Though some say its an ability, its more of a forced action - she can shift her appearance, but only to one other appearance and only after sunset. at sunrise she's back to herself again.

Name: Canis
Age: unknown.
Other: Canis is Lura's seeing eye dog in the day, he is also a mutant. Native to the planet, he can telepathicaly send Lura images of what he sees so she can direct or 'see' where she's going. In the day he is a normal animal, but at night he too can change but it is forced. He can take the body form of a human - some humans mistake him as a were wolf from the stories but Lura tells them other wise. He doesn't speak, lura knows what he is saying through expressions and 'visuals' he sends her.

Name: Singe (Also known as Niak and Kharlan)
Age: Never given an exact day; easily centuries old.
Faction/Non-Faction: Anti-All
Occupation: Self-Proclaimed Bodyguard to Nimm
City/State: Forests of Weyward. For now.
Sex: Male
Bio: A clone of Kain made by Kain's former Sire. His powers over the darkness far exceed Kain's, but he's unable to wield Light without severe consequence. After a climatic battle with Kain, he was absorbed in to Kain's blood to not only subdue him, but to increase Kain's power. When Kain's experimentations with the D-Angel techniques lead to his temporary freedom, he found a way to escape Kain and live a life of his own once more.
Interest: Books, mainly those of great antiquity and revenge. He's also devoted himself to the young Nimm as her bodyguard.
Powers: Everything Kain can do, with two exceptions: 1.) He CANNOT use positive energy without help 2.) Powers involving negative energy are increased ten-fold.
He prefers to use a staff-scythe and cast magic, or fight with his claws.
