Talo stopped and backed up a step, his hands twisting slightly as he looked at the big man.

"We don't want none of those things here!" The man growled, his eyes narrowed with anger as he waved at the cloud of smoke. "Leave!"
Nore glared right back at the man. "We'll be gone in a bit my man, just doing alittle shopping." He said, patting the man on a large, flabby, arm. "Aren't we now?" He turned to his companions, looking them over with what might have been concern.

Aiko nodded. "We wont cause any problems." he said and ducked his head down to hide his features once again.

Talo nodded his head and tugged on one of the many earrings that dangled from his ears.

Artemis watches the scene and nods.
"Of course."
Unless he starts trouble then I guess there will be trouble.
"I mean, we have just as much of a right to be here as you... right?"

Nore winced, that was the wrong thing to say. This was a human city, not one of the mythic reservations, it belonged to the humans. Nore new that, he'd been alive far longer then the others, and he knew how the humans worked, they only liked talking about freedom when it reffered to them, hypocrites.
The man glanced up, then looked back at Nore. "You better be keeping em in line, otherwise it's your head." He grumbled with annoyance, backing off slightly

Talo moved carefully around the group to stand away from the man, he wasnt used to human and this was one of the first places he had been in that didnt accept mythics.

Artemis grew up in a place where she was valued. She grew up in a human society where there weren't any mythics. So, it was difficult for her to understand.
"What a jerk."
She had said this under her breath.

Nore watched the man leave and heaved a sigh of relief. "********..." He glanced back and made sure everyone was with him before signalling for them to move on. "Let's get this over with." He grumbled, shoving the rasberry cigarette into his mouth and inhaling deep, as he magic throbbed painfully in his body, encouraged by his anger and wanting realse from the tight hold he had on it.

Aiko sighed and tugged his hood down farther, Sharu poked his head out of Aikos sleeve and growled slightly, scrambleing out and climbing up Aikos sleeve to look back at the man, screeching shrilly and huffing.

"If I could just transform then he would have been scared."
She was slightly annoyed by this man's actions. Her wings flutter in annoyance.

"It doesn't work that way," Nore said, glancing back to make sure the man didn't turn around, "Don't talk about that kinda s**t here." He glanced at Artemis.

Aiko nodded, if someone overheard he was pretty sure they would be attacked, humans were not tolerant of mythics.

Artemis gets a somewhat annoyed look on her face and turns to look away from the group. So, they were just going to let themselves be treated that way? She honestly didn't like to tolerate such. She was a shy wallflower but that didn't mean she took crap, especially if it was about her being what she was. She then walks with her head down.
"Are any of you ashamed of what you are?"

Aiko shrugged, he was somewhat ashamed of what he was, the curse he lived under was enough to make anyone feel the same, but he would not have given it up to be human.
