American movie stars are hit by scandals everyday.
This is one of the biggest Chinese scandals yet, but I think it should be pretty obvious that if you're a famous person and you don't want all of YOUR s**t flying, you ought not be making these kind of home movies.
@@Niphz-- That's a little rude and misconcieved. It's not an uncommon nickname in China (though I see it used more as a boy's name).

I think it doesn't feel odd because I'm in China right now with my dad and well, nothing seems odd. I'm going to go through major culture shock going back to the states sweatdrop

@niphz: lol it is an odd name isn't it? the first time my friend told me about it and she said I thought Edison was doing wierd things with a clown on camera. lol bobo the clown. You know if such a scandal was in America and they were american celebreties their popularity would actually go up, not down.

Yeah... it's okay if he leaves, I don't reall understand what's so great about him either. seriously my friend had me go online to find a picture of him online since I didn't know which one he was and it was like eh...

yea, i think this scandal is true...Edison was pretty stupid to have taken pics of himself & his partners before & during "the deed"....Sorry if i offend any edison fans..but wow...he ruined his own career with his own hands & many others like Gillian, Bobo Chan & Cecilla. I wonder how Cecilla's husband, Nicholas Tse, reacted to this..

According to fans, Gillian wasn't "naive and young" as it was only a year ago this happened.
According to press, Edison is leaving the industry indefinitely and Gillian did try to commit suicide twice.
In terms of their popularity, in HK the loyal fans will still support their idol as long as it makes sense in terms of the explanation. In this case I don't think Twins will be appealing to kids anymore... I'm also guessing that Edison might try to go to Hollywood or something because a lot of porn stars are still Hollywood stars now so it shouldn't be a problem for him.
