Kohaku shoved her off him "Excuse me?" he dusted himself off "You cant just jump on someone like that...personal space is important!". After a few minutes of just standing there in an awkward silence, he turned and tackled her back, pinning her to the ground "See? How did you like it?" his eyes flashed and he tried to hold back a smug smile.

Khaless merely grinned. "I get into people's 'space'" She purred, rather enjoying that she could get under his skin...or so it seemed.
"So what's the fairy wings? Are you a pixie?"

Kohaku let her get up and stepped back a little. He fluttered his wings "Oh you'd like that wouldn't you? I bet you're into those more feminin guys" he chuckled to himself "But if you must know, I am a Seryph, we are quite rare actually"

Khaless blinked. "Feminin guys? God I'd hate to see you around my mother and sisters."
Wrinkling her nose she blinked again. "Rare huh? How rare?"

Kohaku raised his eyebrows "Oh we're rare. Every Seryph is born with a twin. So there's my brother and myself, and about ten others but then thats the last of our kind. Although all Seryphs are diffent so Im one of a kind baby" he looked proud.

She smirked.
"One of a kind... Right." She poked him. "So every one's born with a twin huh? At least you don't have a mother who looks down on you, siblings that are either doted upon or in between..."

Kohaku squeaked slightly when he was poked. Embarassed, he lowered his voice slightly to seem more manly "Er...yes. Well at least you have a mum. I don't even think I even remember mine" he shrugged "Whatever right?" he yawned "wow this is a really uninteresting conversation" he laughed and poked Khaless back.

Khaless snorted. "Yea right... a mother who dotes on one sister, and the other sister is held above you and you're the only one who has the father's influence. Right. I'm lucky. I'm real lucky."
She squeaked when he poked her back and she blinked at him with innocent eyes that was beyond a normal Drow. Then again, she wasn't normal for a drow. She held her own mean streak but her father gave her a gift of innocence that shielded her from alot her mother would have taught her. So in away, she hated both parents. Her father for shielding her so much and her mother for not pushing the issue....

Kohaku lay down and rolled onto his back, being careful not to crush his wings "Well tis better to have one then to have none" he closed his eyes and sighed "The sunlight is so warm"

"I suppose..." She murmured, careful not to even look at the sun. Already the sunlight on everything was nearly blinding her, so she had been relying on her other senses. Dulled as they were they were still good.
"The sun hurts my eyes..." She admitted quietly...there were times she hated what she was...and times where she nearly glorified it.

Kohaku opened his eyes and looked up at her, shading his eyes slightly with one hoof "Oh? Well ever thought of wearing sunglasses? Or, heres a thought, dont look at the sun?" he grinned cheekily at her, hoping slightly that he'd hit a nerve there.

"There's not a pair of sunglasses strong enough to shield the sun's rays and even if I don't look at the sun I still feel blind. It's a curse for being Drow."

Kohaku laughed "There are more interesting things to see then me" he looked at her and his face had changed to a much sweeter expression then when they'd first met "I like you, you amuse me"
