I didn't understand either, but my friend heard it well. And after that I can hear it every time. It is funny.
Here's another:

Biohazard EXTREME I didn't understand either, but my friend heard it well. And after that I can hear it every time. It is funny. Here's another: Luis looking at Ashley's chest: "Well! I see the president has equipped his daughter with ballistics too!" LMAO xd My friend told me one.. like after Leon and Ashley fall down a garbage thing.. Ashley: Ow! Leon: I thought it would hurt less if you landed on your butt. I'm not sure if that's exactly how it goes.. she only mentioned it once. You can just correct it or something sweatdrop

The funnier part I found is right before that when they're looking down the chute and she said, "That stinks." Leon just looks at her in a suggestive manner, she's like, "No way, Leon!"
He says, "Way!" as he pulls her down the garbage chute with him. I thought that was funny.
And speaking of losing arms as Uenna mentioned, There's a part where the little freak names Salazar says on the radio, "I have sent my right hand to exterminate you!"
Leon says, "You right hand comes off?"
