ninja Cant fix it, All it is is the controller being used alot all mine do it. ninja

take it apart re-align the buttons and add pressure and it should work again. Aftermaket(madcats-pelican etc) might use the 4 head and microsoft might have the 5 head but you can find it on the web.

Well the only way you can make it less annoying would be to open up the controller and see what's causing it. It's most likely a spring. Adjusting it should do the trick.

But that would require buying some kind of Uncommon Torx Screwdriver. The screw is the shape of a star with a bump in the middle. I've wanted to open up one of my controllers because the X button sticks...

I don't know, if it's that annoying, you can try that option above.

It shows a diagram right on the circuit board and it tells you were to put the buttons and the joy sticks

all the controllers squeak take i took it apart and there are two plastic pieces rubbing together everytime you pull the trigger.

I had to repair my controller not too long ago, it's no more complex than fixing a PS2 controller. RB wasn't working so I went in and sanded a tiny bit from the bottom of the button and now it works better than ever.

Well, theres a first time for everything. I first started by opening a PSP battery,an XBOX, a PS2 controller, a Gamecube controller,gameboy advanced, and a XBOX 360
I havn't broken anything yet xd Maybe its just my luck
