Vincent shook his head confused for a moment when suddenly ChuChu rammed into his stomach. He slid across the sand and almost went into the water. He quickly jumped up and darted away from the surf. "Growl....." He crouched down glaring at the Raichu. His side hurt slightly but it shouldn't slow him down.
"Whew!" Alexa said seeing Vincent get up. She then smiled. "Agility then Flamethrower!"
Vincent darted across the sand picking up speed. As he drew closer to ChuChu he opened his mouth and let the flames loose.

"Heh! Great!" This was a perfect chance to try to make their thunder attack work again. "Okay now ChuChu, let's try this again! Thunder wave!"
"Nya!" ChuChu said, hopping a little backwards to stall time with the flames. The electric mouse pokemon closed her eyes to concentrate on sending electricity to the fire.
"CHUUUUUUUUUUUUU!"
The electric mouse channeled at least 50,000 volts of electricity into the fire before stopping, dropping, and rolling in the sand as the fire burned above her, scorching her back a bit.

Alexa watched as Vincent got hit with the thunder wave. "Oh great."
Vincent was about to start running again when he got hit with the electricity which ended up paralyzing him. He growled irritated that he couldn't move.

"YES!" Luna cheered, clenching her fist in victory. "LET'S GET HIM CHUCHU! Iron tail!"
ChuChu peaked out from the little sand dune she had made to protect herself. She quickly glanced left...right...all clear! "Chu!"
The mouse darted towards the Growlithe, although her agility being somewhat impared by the sand, and jumped over it's paralyzed body. She then swong her tail below her and SMASHED as hard and fast as possible.

Alexa groaned when ChuChu went to attack. She wanted to do something to help Vincent but there was nothing she could do.
Vincent closed his eyes as ChuChu jumped over and attacked but opened one when nothing happened.

((Yup, you may want to mark it on your post like [Paralyzed - 2/3] or something, that's what I do :3 ))
ChuChu apparently had ver bad accuracy because the electric mouse ended up hitting the sand and spraying it all over the growlithe's body instead. Sure it made him messy, but it didn't create the damage she wanted. ChuChu growled and lashed out at the Growlithe again, locking her eyes on the dog. She would DEFINATELY hit this time...DEFINATELY. RIGHT.

Vincent and Alexa stared when ChuChu missed. Alexa shook her head wondering how that happened while Vincent was thanking his lucky stars. He then prepared himself for another attack but once again felt nothing.

That WAS all the trainer could say.
ChuChu was in a fit, mourning over her bad accuracy. She glared at the growlithe, appraoching it slowly and cautiously. "RAIIIIII!" She pouted, putting all her frustration into another iron tail in the gut.

Alexa watched as ChuChu missed one again. She felt really bad for the Raichu and Luna. ".....Um..... *cough* Wow."
Vincent just stared at ChuChu giving her a bored look. She really needed to work on her accuracy if she missed him while he was paralyzed.

After a couple of seconds Vincent realized he could move. He stretched for a moment then turned to ChuChu growling. "Growllllllllll......"
Alexa grinned when Vincent began moving again. "Alright. Vincent use Ember!"
Vincent jumped back then opened his mouth, shooting out small flames at the Raichu.

ChuChu was on the sand again, ears drooped and quite depressed with her three chain loss.
"HEY! CHUCHU, WATCH OUT!" Luna shouted.
"...Chu?" ChuChu looked around, left and right and finally spotted the ember attack. Her eyes widened.
"Jump up in the air and follow up with another thunder shock!" Luna ordered, holding her breath a bit at the "thundershock" part. She hoped their bad luck would break through soon.
The raichu was still a bit disheartened by her earlier loss, but managed to snap her mind back into the battle. It wasn't over yet! She jumped into the air, avoiding the majority of the hit except for her tail being charred, but she didn't mind much. She had more important things to focus on. She closed her eyes, clenched her fist, and charged a good amount of electricity before releasing it in mass towards Vincent.

"Vincent dodge it!" Alexa shouted, "Then use Flamthrower!"
Vincent tried to avoid most of the attack but his back legs ended up getting hit. He whined in pain for a moment before turning to ChuChu. He opened his mouth and sent flames flying at her.

"See? You did fine ChuChu!" The trainer said, smiling at her Raichu as it peaked open one eye to see the damage it caused. ChuChu grinned.
"Chu!"
"Okay ChuChu, let's see if you can remember this!" Luna knew that ChuChu probably would though. "Mega punch through that flamethrower!"
"Nya nya~!"
ChuChu ran towards the flamethrower with all four legs at first to build up momentum. Her right paw started to glow. At the last moment, she jumped right at the flamethrower, punching it with her right paw. She punched right through the attack, piercing it in half and continuing towards Vincent's face. Her paw was a bit charred, but she didn't ind. She HAD to hit! No matter what, her pride was on the line!
