Daichi just grinned, "Oh, by my darling emerald! I was under the impression that one was no longer going to shine to be my most treasured anymore!" He teased right back, his tail curling behind him in the chilling water. "You'll just have to make sure you dry me off quite thoroughly! And feed me a nice hot meal! And make sure that you don't leave my side when I have a nice long post-breakfast nap.." He grinned, continuing to wade out to Daiki, eyes now fixed on the long fingered hand that was being offered to him. Wings tucked tightly against his back he curled his clawed fingers around the alvas and pulled him closer with a broader smile. "I'm not sad anymore though.. See how easy I can be to please..? Now that you're shining for me again.." He murred softly at Daiki, a smile still on his face.. "I don't think you're washing properly though.." He warned, leaning back with the elf, threatening to fall.

Daiki flailed slightly as he felt himself being tipped back, "Don't you dare you lump!" He stated, not able to keep from laughing anyway, "You'll squash me if you fall on me! Even in the water!" in an effort to save himself he gave into the tug on his hand and simply curled himself contentedly against the dragon. "I wash twice a day anyway I'll have you know.." he stated quietly, "And the water's rather cold, I can't say I relish spending too great an amount of time in it.." he nosed once at the dragons shoulder. "Its good your not sad though, I honestly have no idea how one would counsel a depressed dragon, because its almost certain there would be no similar experiences to use to prove I understood your feelings.." he shivered a little as he snuggled himself against his companion, the water really was cold you see, but that's what you get for deciding to bath in a stream rather than taking the time to heat the water through first. That just took too much time though, and he didn't need the comfort that badly. "I will admit it doesn't seem hard to keep you happy my dear friend.." he stated, lifting a hand once more to trail his fingers under the dragons chin, "regardless though, do you think we could please get back out of the water... I really am a little on the cold side, and if you're not careful your emerald will soon be more of a sapphire."

The dragon couldn't help chuckling, leaning a little more on the alva for a moment, threateningly. "But, my emerald.. You started it, didn't you..?" He purred as he stood firmly once again, slipping an arm gently around him as the alva curled against his front. "And twice a day, you say..?" He continued with a chuckle, dipping his head to the elfs ear, "Well there's just no way I'm going to be able to leave you alone now! Twice a day I'm going to have to be there making sure that you aren't seen by anyone else, hmm..? I think it's a very good way of keeping me from being a sad dragon.." He pulled the elf that little bit closer, the other hand letting go of Daiki's to slip around him as well, "I think.. We could head back to that new home of yours though, if you need to.. I'll admit, the cold isn't one of my favourite things either." And with that he lifted the elf a little, like he used to do, brushing their cheeks together for a moment. "Breakfast.." He purred into the pointed ear that he was becoming so fond of, murring as the elf started rubbing his chin again, stopping mid step with a wobble.

"Oh no you don't!" Daiki stated, withdrawing his hand again and giving the dragon a tap on the cheek, "There is no need for you to go and drench yourself more, and me again by spacing out now you silly thing!" he pressed his cheek against Daichi's again, pulling uselessly on his shoulders in an attempt to stop him tipping over into the water again as he didn't want him to get soaked. "I'll make sure you get plenty to eat if you don't fall over!" He added, I think I have some rabbit still from yesterday, and you can go and check my cage trap again for me if you'd like to be helpful.." he chuckled, tugging on the dragon again, "C'mon, Gee up!"

Daichi whinged as the hand was quickly withdrawn from his chin, it felt so good! "Daiki.." He groused, still standing in the water, shifting the nude elf up against him a little more, shifting his arms around him, "There's pleanty of reasons to if you don't do it again.." He tried reasoning with a silly little smile, though soon he had taken a few more steps, "Please..?" He purred softly, as he walked right past the discarded robes and carried the nude alva right back to the cave where he had set up camp.. He'd try to remember to go and get it for him in a few more moments.. Just a few more, he really did feel that it wouldn't be acceptable if the elf re-dressed so quickly. "Very unbecoming.." He muttered.. "So where are these traps, my treasure..?" He purred, his stomach also asking when the food was due.

Daiki shook his head at his draconic friend and smiled, dancing his fingers once more over the underside of the dragons chin. "You don't want to stay in the cold water.." he'd added, smiling in a satisfied manner as the dragon moved out of the rather soggy environment. He watched with a slightly surprised if amused expression on his face as he was carried right past his clothing. "I see.." he murmured quietly to himself, still smiling a little as he lent forward to rest his chin on Daichi's shoulder. It looked like he wasn't going to be wearing that one again today at any rate. As they reached his cave again, he quirked an eyebrow at his friend, "Whats so unbecoming, if you don't mind me asking?" he queried, not seeming to be in a hurry to be set down yet as he was keeping his arms very nicely curled around the dragons neck. "The traps, my dear one, are down the very small rabbit track to the left side of the cave, just beyond the cluster of medium rocks that I set there as a marker.." he shifted a little, leaning up instead of so far to the side and snuggled his face against Daichi's. "If you'd go and bring anything that they've managed to catch here I'll have some rabbit and wild mushrooms ready for when you come back.. as soon as you choose to put me down of course.." he didn't seem to mind when that was though, as his fingers were now contentedly brushing over the dragons neck.

Daichi just laughed quite delightedly as he stood near the entrance of the dragon trapped cave, his damp tail curling back and forth behind him collecting all manner of things on the damp scales and fur that layed along the top of it. It'd be fun trying to clean it up later! "Unbecoming! Very unbecoming." He repeated with a teasing, pleased smile and a purr as gently he pressed their cheeks together and brushed his nose over the alva's then over the alva's cheeks before repeating the motion all over again, his arms tightening ever so slightly around the wonderfully built, nude elfs waist. "It would be very unbecoming of you to dress yourself again so soon.." And again with the grin and the soft, soft purring. He very much appreciated and admired the elfs form, it was incredibly pleasing to his eyes.. Among other things.. "Mmmmrrrr..." He continued as Daiki rubbed their cheeks together, curling his lovely arms around his neck and shoulders, the feeling was something other worldly he was sure, and was suddenly very reluctant indeed to set down his nude treasure to search for food, no matter how tempting the meal ideas were that he was being offered, "But.. But.." He whined ever so slightly, one hand daring to venture down the damp elf's back, caressing the slightly cooled soft tattooed skin, "But Daiki.. I know we're hungry but I'll have to leave you all alone.."

Daiki chuckled quietly and poked a finger against the dragons cheek, "No you see, there is your dilemma, you're just going to have to chose though, as if you insist on taking me with you then I can't get food, but if you leave me here I promise I won't leave the cave again, the rabbit is stored at the back for now, and the mushrooms, so I can promise you I'll be safe.. He gave the dragon a rather fond smile, there was something lovely about this great big dopey creature being so attached to him, it felt nice to be held so close to him, and even nicer to feel the slightly clawed hands trailing so gently over his back... it just felt so very right to be near to him, and it had dawned on him, that realisation of comfort when he had seen the dopey thing sleeping outside his cave. The happy little warm feeling had made him tingle, and it hadn't gone away yet. With a soft smile still clinging to his lips he leant up and ever so gently brushed them across the dragons jaw, "I'll be here when you come back, that's a promise Daichi.." he couldn't help but be amused at his large friend, Daichi was such a docile thing for the most part, it was nice to be around him. he patted a hand against the dragons cheek again, "Now come on, go and check the traps for you emerald dear... I need to know if I'm going to have to work for my dinner tonight or not.. hmm.. I suppose that should be our dinner, no? As I don't suppose you'll be leaving me again, will you..?" There was that happy little smile, and a pleased, but slightly hopeful tone to his voice, he didn't want the dragon to leave, no indeed, he liked having him there.. it was a strange feeling, he'd certainly not been raised to be needy, the warrior son of a noble-elf.. but that was how it went sometimes...

The dragon hummed gently for a moment, going a little heavy on his lovely dark skinned alva for a moment as he contemplated his self inflicted predicament with a smile. It was pretty difficult to keep his mind on track either way with his treasure's firm body pressed so snugly against his own, and even more so when those tantalising lips made their way to his jaw, his clever retort soon forgotten as his moved a hand to curl his clawed fingers into the damp green curls of the alva's hair to hold him right there as he slowly moved his own head to brush his lips under then over and against Daiki's own. And all without too much thought proccess! His leaf littler coated tail curled all the more against the ground behind him as he happily slid thei lips together for a moment longer until his brain started to realise that he still actually hadn't said ANYTHING to Daiki.. He had been asked to check the traps! He had been teased about having to leave his treasure behind! BUt.. He had heard just the hint of hopefullness in the alva's voice when he had talked about them eating, like he wanted him to stay! Sure there was a good chance he was reading into things, but that had been the hint to break the dragon's resolve. He was still kissing him.. He still hadn't said a word.. Worrying for one as talkative as he.. At last he pulled back fractionally, able to speak with his lips just brushing the alva's and all he could manage was, "I'll go in a moment.." With a sugary sweet smile. "Then again.. Some 'Emerald Dear' could make for quite a tasty feast as well.. Fancy taking a rain check on the rabbit?"

Under normal circumstances Daiki would have been annoyed with the fact that he'd been kept waiting so long for an answer, he didn't like that sort of behaviour really, but this time, well, it was utterly vindicated. The hand on the back of his head, curled into his curly hair was anything but unwelcome, and the lips pressed against his, well, entirely the same. It was slightly strange, being so suddenly kissed as he had been, he'd certainly not been expecting it, the sudden hold on his hair, the sudden pressure against his mouth. All the while he was kissed he found himself holding his breath, so when the lips of his friend moved back the tiny amount that they did he found himself breathing a tiny bit heavier than he felt he should have been, it was embaressing to have had his breath so easily taken, his composure so rattled as his had evidently been, but then again it shouldn't have been that surprising. That was the sort of thing that happened around people that you liked. "You're tacky..." he stated quietly in response to that awefull play on his own words that Daichi offered him, his usually noisy friend at last breaking his strange silence. "But I think rabbit will still do us very well.." he slowly lifted a hand, his fingers curling against Daichi's cheek as he brought his body a little closer to the Dragons, leaning right against him for the moment, his bright eyes closing, "I'm getting a little cold anyway.." he knew it was a mood breaker, but the tremble that ran through him only a moment later would have given things away anyway.

"If you re-thought the offer of my feast then I think that your chills would be easily remedied!" Daichi chuckled, and just like that, his strange quiet spell had been broken! "But alas, I fear it is time enough for me to allow you to warm yourself! If I had something as dramatic as a cloak I would offer it to you, but I'm not nearly as well equipped!" He grinned, happy to press his cheek all the more firmly against Daiki's hand as he enjoyed their mingling breaths. His breathing hadn't differed too greatly since their kiss, desire had heightened it but then he was the one who had initiated the kiss eliminating the sense of suprise that had in part made his treasure's breath heavier. "You'd best warm yourself then, my most precious.." He mumbled against his lips as he stole the smallest of kisses, one had daring to stroke over the alva's rear, "I'd very much enjoy holding you again after my long and treacherous journey to hunt for out meal!" He teased, playfully as he stooped and settled Daiki deeper into his temporary home amidst his drier clothing. "I'll be back soon.. Don't you go forgetting about me!" He happily flicked his pointed tongue ever so lightly against one of Daiki's pierced ears before he relinquished his hold on the green hair, and the alva's body as at long last he backed out of the cave, smiling all the while at him, tucking some stray strands of hair over his shoulder as he did so, then disappeared from view.

Daiki shook his head slightly at the ridiculous dragon he was currently associating with, of course it was ridiculous in the most fond sense.. he couldnt help the small smile that tugged at his lips as he watched Daichi leave the cave, and pathetically he missed him as soon as he was out of sight.. he'd not realised either now much hair Daichi actually had... how had be missed that? Still smiling slightly he moved across the cave and rummaged through one of his bags and pulled out a dark green robe, lacking sleeves entirely, pulling it around his shoulders and tying it up with an even darker sash. The rabbit as promised he retrieved from the coolest draftiest corner of the cave and moved over to the small fire pit that was set outside. It didn't take him long to pull some flames from the very faint embers, and soon a small metal pan of wild mushroom was cooking nicely, settled at the edge of the fire, nestled in the ashes. It was a strange feeling, waiting for Daichi to come back, for a moment there was the tiniest worry that he wouldn't come back... just the smallest one. It was strange to be content to be sitting here cooking, it wasn't in his nature at all to wait on people, to serve on people.. anything of the sort.. most of the time he behaved like what he was, a noble, a warrior.. this was a very feminine task. Yet somehow he didn't mind it in the slightest. With a contented noise he pulled a wooden plate towards him, one that already had the cold rabbit set on it, and emptied the pan of mushrooms onto the wood as well, setting it down again near enough to the fire to be kept warm, but not close enough to be singed.

The dragon tried his best not to dawdle too much as he went, as instructed, off around the cave to check on the traps for rabbits. He couldn't help his wandering mind however, and was soon happily thinking back to what he had just done with Daiki.. Yeah.. It was a pretty nice kiss.. But oh it could have been SO much more as well! Before the day was out, he resolved as he came across a triggered trap, that he was going to kiss the alva very much more thoroughly one way or another! He hefted his treasure's catch then took a small detour on the way back. He wanted to think about things a little more.. He admitted that at first he had been calling Daiki endearing names because it had flustered the alva at first, and it had certainly been an amusing past-time while he had done so. But he just hadn't been able to stop himself from doing it, all the more he wasn't doing it to tease him any more. He had come to realise this when his emerald had all but disappeared from him and he had set out to find him. The thought disturbed him slightly when it had first occoured to him, but maybe.. Maybe Daiki was the one. He had spent many a lifetime resigned to the fate that he believed was going to be a lonely one, but recently he had started to envision that fate of his to be not quite so lonely, it had a very green figure in it.. And lots of gold. Gold was good. It was with that thought in his mind that he finally returned to the trap-laden cave, dragging something that definitely wasn't rabbit. "Precious! Look what I found in your traps!" He called cheerfully, as he dragged a wild boar off the trail. He had the rabbits, tied neatly by their feet over one shoulder as well, of course.

Daiki looked up from the fire in quite a pleased way, his expression changing suddenly when he saw what his friend brought with him, "My god! Where on earth did you get that?" his voice wwas quite surprised, "You're lucky the damn thing didn't maul you! Because that certainly didn't come from one of my traps..." he pushed himself up to his feet and moved over to his companion, "You are okay, aren't you?" he was only a little worried, he knew Daichi was as hard as nails really, but he couldn't help that little bit of concern that all creature have for things they care about. He fussed his hands over he dragons arms for a moment, just making doubley sure he was okay, "Oh, the food is sitting by the fire for you.." he stated, gesturing behind him at the fire, his green eyes flicking back to Daichi again a moment later. "I.. I suppose I should go and deal with our lump of prize pig, hmm?" He asked in an amused tone, "While you eat, as you have been complaining about your stomach since I fell on you.."

Daichi just looked fairly smug for a moment. He'd done good! And een better, he was being fussed and touched and checked on. "Mauled..? Me..?" He chuckled happily then quite suddenly drooped his wings and feigned an impressive rolling limp. "I did get mauled! Fuss me! I need lots of attention and food to get better!" He grinned, pleased with himself as he swiftly rested his gaze on the plate of food set by the fire. His stomach growled at it in anticipation. "Mmmm.. You'll have to help me over, my treasure!" He mused, catching a hold of the alva as he ran his hands over his arms yet again, "And I think yuo should sit with me and eat rather than getting yourself all bloody.. I can help you with it.. FOr now you should keep your hunter company and fuss him and tell him what a good thing he has done to provide for us!" He kissed his cheek with a cheeky smile and touch to his him. "Oh!" He startled, "You're dressed!"
