Sean wasn't sure whose idea it was to bring Alistair to the playground. Alistair's grip on Sean's finger was tight enough as it was, but it seemed to get tighter at every thundering scream and roaring laughter of the other children running around. Worried about Alistair's death grip cutting off the circulation in his fingers, Sean squirmed his fingers out of Alistair's tiny hands and lifted him by the waist to bring him up to eye level. "Hey. Do you want to try coming again another day?" Fixing his eyes on the ground, the little mouse shook his head. It seemed as though he was curious about the other kids running about.
Sean carried Alistair to the entrance of the tube tunnel, watching him baby crawl in as soon as he let him go.
Alistair was in his element in the tube tunnels. Afterall, he was a mouse. It wasn't too far off to say that he loved exploring too, in his own methods anyways.
Following the turns and the loops of the tunnels, Alistair scurried through, navigating this way and that way.

Kisala held out the charm..but figured it wasn't good enough as far as 'treasure' went, so she put it back in her pocket and stood tilting her head to one side to look at the new kid, "'llo there?" she asked, "'m Kisala. This's Polly. We're lookin' for treasure. Wanna help?"

Polly held up her wooden sword, eyeing the newcomer suspiciously. "You is not kitty boy, is you?" she asked, as if she would beat him if he was. "I no like kitties!"

Alistair held down his ears to his head, in an almost reflexive response.
'no' He squeaked out, a little upset that he was just confused as cat. But he let it slide, after all it wasn't smart to start and argument with an armed opponent.
"Alistair play!" He beamed at two of them.

Kisala giggled at the littler ones and continued making her way through the tunnels, "Okay, you play too!"
She peeked into a dead-end capsule, looking about for anything shiny. Just a few french fries and a ketchup smear, though, nothing impressive.
"Well, there must be treasure here -somewhere-!"

"Okay, you play, but I captain!" Polly said before turning and heading back into the tunnels. "We're looking for treasure!" she added over her shoulder. "Treasure big part of pirates!"
She felt superior because she knew such important things. And she was captain. As she had repeated several times already.
