Quenthal As I'm sure you know in Menzoberranzan there is a council of the first eight matron mothers, first of all you need to establish which houses will be the eight and then you need to make a forum for the council, only the Matrons can post there and discuss the what will go on with our dear city. On that note while there is a ruling council of 8 note that positions on the council have a tendancy to shift. that is a proven fact of drow history.

Also on that note neither of those are true facts just something that was artistically written to tell a story. x.X However, it does seem like a good idea, but we'd need to limit the active drow cities to let's say four? Otherwise we'll just have a bunch of first houses. We could make the "council" region wide rather than city wide, but then the need for such a council would be even smaller. Blah just doesn't seem a need for a council, since drow rarely leave their own house it seems. X.x

We need to establish the guild as 'private'. there are several instances where as this is a positive thing:
Priestess Arcadia is a non-member who is currently acting as if she IS a member and has assisted in causing quite a mess in the Forum:Qu'ellar Derahel. If you observe the forum you will witness the behavior.

There needs to be more crew members. The current crew isn't online enough to do the job efficiently.

Well I see it both ways, the rules of D&D do not apply to this guild, and your character is close to godmodding, but ALSO, Jade asked you to leave her thread alone, in other words you guys are no better.

Priestess Arcadia has just been sent a guild invite.
I am going to look into some issues about what we define as god-moding and how to solve the problem to everyone's satisfaction.
As to councils; there are four main cities in UnderGaia. No council would be needed until the number of houses/factions rose. As to who rules in each city, the "1st" house of each city has most prominence (but, limited).
We may establish a way for houses to usurp higher houses positions and obtain that vaunted "1st house" role in the future.

I have a suggestion maybe we could use large amounts of butter to slide the guild further up the guild ranks!

I've had a great Idea! Every few months Dreavir select a few members at random and the one with the most votes after a few weeks get promoted!

It wouldn't be random, but, this gives me something to think about... that is, the idea of having "elections" for crew positions which are temporary, say, every couple months or something.
