Natasha felt her interest in Josh spark once again as he approached her question with an air of fearlessness, and the compliment at the end received an eyebrow raise. Smiling sadistically, Natasha appeared like a shark in front of a school of helpless goldfish, ready for the kill. As she prepared an appropriate and equally confident response, a curse left her lips instead as Devin lovingly pushed her aside, off the counter, with a brisk sway of his hips. Stumbling to the side, Natasha stared icily at her counterpart, a hateful expression frozen in her features. Crossing her arms, fuming, she furiously blew another bubble and then began to smack the gum obnoxiously, eying Devin suspiciously as he pulled the applicants closer to him.
Namini felt her blood freeze as a powerful arm wrapped itself around her and she was easily pulled in. Staring curiously at the numerous tattoos that adored Devin's arm, Namini's eyes trailed upwards and finally fell upon his devilish expression, paying little attention to the explanation Devin was giving the applicants. Josh's confident and exhilarated voice finally snapped her back to reality, away from the nightmares she had weaved Devin in, and Namini stood there dumbfounded.
"Competition?" she gaped. Not wanting to set an even worse impression on her hopefully-new employers, Namini simply grinned ear-to-ear and nodded. "Yes! I'm ready!" she chirped innocently.
Natasha watched the girl's features with a mix of aggravation and amusement. She had no idea what kind of competition she had just gotten into.

Devin promptly gave the two interviewees a pat on the back… which seemed more like a well placed strike than a courteous gesture. “Marvelous!,” Devin’s face split into a genial grin which seemed lopsided on his broad features. All of his previous malevolence was replaced by eagerness as he began to trot around the front desk to the pair of youths; his tribal markings made him seem more like a well tanned zebra than an enthusiastic employer. During his gallop he proceeded to rattle off the details of their first task. “Your first assignment, kiddos, is customer service. Me and Natasha will watch and see who can manage our customers the best,” He waved a bulky hand over the glossy countertop of the front desk, “This will be your station. Good luck!” The last words were said with a dash of spitefulness. Of course, it was only Devin’s way of trying to rekindle the teens nerves and reinvigorate the tense mood he had previously slaughtered.
Josh tried to hold back the fit of giggles forming in his chest at the sight of Devin’s jovial prancing. Sadly, the boy did manage to let a small titter slip from his lips. He stood up stiffly and hoped the offending noise went unnoticed by the colossal man. The last thing he wanted was another unwarranted clout from Devin; his back was still stinging uncomfortably from the first hit. On cue, the boy began to walk a steady and unnerving sweep to behind the front desk. Josh’s fevered auburn stare was cooled off by Natasha’s brisk gaze which awaited him there. He barely took notice of the stacks of outdated paperwork or the piles of assorted trash that his limbs threaten to topple over. The boy’s eyes were locked with hers for that moment and it seemed impossible to tear them away. Josh’s mouth fell agape briefly, but he quickly recoiled with a eloquent string of words, “A-aren’t you going to wish me luck too, lovely?”

Natasha rolled her eyes comically to match Devin's rare giddiness and humor. As Josh appointed himself semi-confidently to Devin's renounced position behind the counter, the ice queen's attention was drawn sadistically to a faint chuckle that had managed to slip past his lips and she couldn't help but smirk and stare him down. Her eyes twinkled with a mischievousness that just sang "I saw what you did." But instead of openly teasing the already nervous teen, Natasha listened to him with what seemed to be the attention span of a 2-year old as she drew invisible words and circles on the counter top with her finger before pushing herself up and stretching her back like a cat out of lack of interest. As Josh recoiled and attempted to purr her a witty comment, Natasha just broke out into an even bigger smile as she passed him, giving nothing but a pat on the shoulder.
"Luck won't get you very far in this game," she sang cruelly as she whistled at Namini and pointed to her spot behind the counter. I
nstinctively, Namini scuttled to the back besides Josh as Natasha gave her a pat as well. Taking her spot behind the counter, a sudden idea popped into Namini's head, ...These people really like to hit their interviewees don't they? The concept that the job competition had now officially begun seemed to leave her unphased.

When Josh’s mind fully grasped onto Natasha’s spiteful advice, his arrogant smile quickly faltered and his slim lips quirked in a mix of dejection and fear; the boy almost looked like a kicked puppy behind the counter. He could feel the pressure of the situation stab and twist in his stomach like a knife, yet he chose to fight back the nagging urge to hurl up his Lucky Charms from earlier that morning. The boy was in utter awe that the girl beside him seemed unfazed by the challenge; either she had nerves of steel or she was totally oblivious to their predicament. Josh gave Namini a bewildered stare as if she had grown a new appendage. He whispered under his breath carefully to make sure that neither Devin or Natasha heard him, “Aren’t you nervous at all?”
‘Creeeaaak’ The door let out a shrill cry as it was forced open by a couple. The two appeared energetic and instantly began jumping around the store as if they already knew the location of every earring, chair, and speck of dust in the facility; obviously they were frequent customers. Josh immediately tensed up as the realization that customers would ACTUALLY come in the store surfaced in his mind. The duo consisted of a spiky blond haired man who had a round, pink cherubim face as well as a satiny purple haired woman whose eyebrows seemed fixed in perpetual shock. Both chattered to one another over a pair of friendship necklaces for what seemed like hours. Josh’s patience steadily grew thinner and thinner until he felt it would snap. Meanwhile, they had entered the third argument of whether the puppy charm was cuter than the kitten charm or if the turtle charm was a prettier color. The boy squinted to try and read their lips and even began to make up conversations they could be having in his head.
“Ah, okay then!” The woman spoke up to the man beside her and Josh’s pretend conversation was broken off at the point where the chubby faced boy had proposed his undying love for the sharp faced woman. The couple appeared too be approaching his side of the counter; it also seems as if they had settled on the pair of turtle necklaces. They set the merchandise on the counter with a smile and Josh seemed frozen in thought… or perhaps panic. “Ahhh….”, his eyes seemed to grow wider at the couple and he shuffled to ring up the items, “That w-will be $5.60.”
The plump featured man was the first to make a remark at Josh. He spoke up in a shrill voice that was nothing like the one that Josh imagined he would have, “Aww, aren’t you so cute with your stuttering!!!” He held the sides of his face in melodramatic surprise. The woman broke into the conversation, “Oh, wow! Skin Tyte got adorable new employees, huh?” The delightful sentiments gave Josh’s ego a gentle coax which served to assuage his nauseating uneasiness. Once again, Josh seemed to rise out of the ashes of his self-consciousness like a prideful phoenix. “Hopefully they will. Right now I’m just in an interview… kinda.”

"Aren't you nervous at all?" Namini raised her eyes to meet Josh's, and was momentarily awestruck at the bewilderment playing across his usually cool composure. But quickly realizing how rude she must have appeared, Namini quietly turned her attention to the door which had just produced a bold, youthful couple and whispered to Josh from the corner of her mouth, "Just a little." Wearing a smile like a child's at Christmas, Namini instinctively projected her sweet voice, calling out to the colorful duo before they had even a moment to slip like sharks into the sea of earrings and inks, "Hello! Welcome to Skin Tyte. If there's anything we can help you with, please don't hesitate to ask."
And though the couple flashed the interviewees a smile at this welcome, it was soon very obvious that they were regulars, but unlike the inexperienced teen beside her, Namini understood how to remain calm and collective, never allowing her smile to falter. Because of past experiences, she had also become a master at multi-tasking and so, decided to use this ability now. As she noted the pair's playful debate over animal charms, with the occasional flirty giggle and Thinker pose, Namini created a list of questions to ask herself out of fun:
Would I look good with purple hair or would my curls give it an awful appearance? Are they on a date? Is this an anniversary gift-picking date? If this is a date or an anniversary, how long have they been together? What did they have in common? *she noted they had chosen the turtles*...Hmmm. I probably would have chosen the panda ones.
Upon seeing the couple approach, turtle necklaces in hand, Namini pushed these questions aside and smiled as she allowed Josh to take the lead. For a second she wondered if she should help, since she believed that all the color had drained out of Josh's sun kissed face and that his eyes were screaming panic. But Josh rescued himself as he nervously stated the price of the matching necklaces, "That w-will be $5.60." Namini thought that was the end of the first round of customer service, but that's when the spiky haired blonde squealed, “Aww, aren’t you so cute with your stuttering!!!”
Namini felt the sides of her grinning mouth twitch. I thought..they are a COUPLE right? her mind was now thrown into a state of panic, though she refused to show it. What seemed to assist her in the regaining of her composure was the woman's kind, “Oh, wow! Skin Tyte got adorable new employees, huh?”
Relaxing her tired mouth, Namini finally decided to speak up in agreement with Josh. "Thank you for your compliments, but yes, as my friend said, we're currently participating in an interview. -she gave a soft chuckle- A unique kind of interview. ...-she paused- By the way, is there anything else we could possibly help you with? Oh! And would you like a bag for your necklaces?" The annoying sunshiney smile returned.

Purple died eyebrows swiveled to Namini and the woman gasped as if she has just taken notice of the bubbling girl. “Oh, Why hello there! A bag would be awesome.” Josh’s face sunk and his lips puckered sourly; he was loosing HIS customers to Namini! “Don’t worry chickie I have it covered,” the boy sashayed his lithe body in front of the vivacious female and eagerly snatched the couple’s attention back to himself. “So you two come her often?” He stirred up small chat while he snapped open a fresh plastic shopping bag with a few noisy crinkles from here and there. The cherubim boy’s face took on a heated expression and his chubby cheeks tinted with an impassioned hue, “Of course! Skin Tyte is only one of the best stores around! Right?!!” Josh merely snickered a bit at the other’s fevered display and nodded in agreement; he feigned concurrence even though this was his first time setting foot in the in the eccentric store.
‘Creeeaaak’ the door let out another protesting scream as another group of people trotted in. Josh grinned eagerly hoping to check out this upcoming cluster of customers and get one up on Namini; he would have this job in the bag soon enough. However, Josh’s plan would not be so easily achieved. The duo still clung around his portion of the desk like a pair of nagging flies. The boy had already handed them their merchandise and wished them a good afternoon yet… “So are you doing anything tonight?” The plump faced boy cooed with a hint of seduction. Josh’s face contorted into a disgusted frown, yet somehow he managed to upturn the corners of his mouth into some sort of a professional smile; he happened to look more like a jackal than a welcoming shopkeeper.
Josh’s auburn eyes grew more frantic as the mob approached Namini’s side of the desk rather than his own. “Hey aren’t you going to answer us cutey?” The boy was already beginning to grow annoyed at the pair's determination. He replied tersely with a hint of exasperation lacing his voice, “I think I may be busy.” Of course, the couple wouldn’t be that easy to shake off. They continued their little “interrogation”. “Awe, so will you be free this weekend? We know a great café nearby!” Josh could have shot himself…

Namini was a little taken aback at Josh's sudden vivacity but smiled nonetheless. Maybe this was his way of releasing tension, springing into action , all smiles and laughs. Daydreaming once again, the young girl had just envisioned the boy as a cute little brown rabbit when the door announced another arrival. There was a moment's hesitation when Namini's eyes flickered towards the door and saw a good group of people, five or six perhaps, and then back to Josh. He was obviously busy socializing, which Namini thought fairly odd since this was considered part of their interview but quickly dropped the concept as she returned her attention to the newcomers. Smiling brilliantly, her cerulean eyes seemed to shimmer with a new energy and determination as her dulcet voice welcomed the customers, skillfully decorated with a light flirtatious undertone, "Welcome to Skin Tyte! Please, if you need any assistance, feel free to ask. I will help you to the best of my abilities."
“So are you doing anything tonight?” Timed perfectly, Namini produced a cute but mischievious giggle, though to the newcomers it appeared like an attractive finish to her welcome, when really it was in response to the blonde's proposal to Josh. What made Namini laugh even harder, though she restrained herself to muffled snickers, was Josh's expression: total mortification. Just as her fit of laughter seemed to die down, Namini noticed that some of the customers had begun to approach her.
The first was an incredibly handsome but edgily dressed male. Around 6'6", Namini felt the color rush to her cheeks in a mix of intimidation and awe, but she was determined to uphold her composure.
"What can I help you with sir?" she purred as the man began to coolly explain how he needed something to give to his girlfriend, perhaps a necklace? Remembering the matching turtle necklaces the couple beside her had chosen (..they were surprisingly still attempting to pick Josh up), Namini seemed to beam with excitement. Pointing to the jewelry aisle, she explained effortlessly, "There is actually some really cute jewelry in aisle 4. Perhaps, if it's an anniversary, you could pick a matching set for you and her, or if it's for her birthday, a cell phone charm can't do any harm." The towering male, to Namini's disappointment didn't even chuckle at her rhyme, but seemed to carefully consider her words before nodding in agreement, thanking her and then disappearing into the colorful aisle 4.
Sighing in relief, Namini turned to see the overconfident or should she say, over persistent couple still prodding Josh uncomfortably. ...But hey. What could she do? Tell the customers to leave? No way, she'd get fired on the spot! Returning her attention to the next customer, Namini wondered how long the first round would go.

The purple haired woman’s advances slowed to a halt when she noticed Josh‘s disinterest. However, that was not the case for her spirited cherubim companion. Josh had already managed to shrug off the FOURTH pick-up line that the chubby and flushed nuisance had shot at him. The last strand of the boy’s patience was beginning to wear thin. “Hmm, so you won’t be free for a while then. Perhaps, I can get your number sweety?” A plump palm was splayed gingerly upon Josh’s own hand, which was resting on the counter. Josh’s auburn eyes swirled with frustration and shock when he felt a foreign touch slither upon his slim fingers. Something snapped in the boy and he viciously ripped his hands away from his assailant. “I said that I’m NOT interes-”
‘SLAM!’ The door chose to forgo the mundane creak it usually issued when it was opened. Instead, it opted for a harsh crash as it was torn open by a familiar form. Devin stalked into the store with his usual hulking motion and approached the counter. His face split into a amused smirk when he took notice of the two shop frequents; especially when he saw that the “new kid” was getting trouble from the spiky blond. Devin wrapped a bulkily muscled arm around the man’s hefty shoulders and pulled him away from the front desk. “How many times do I have to tell you Cameron? You shouldn’t antagonize the new employees,” Devin rolled his eyes and feigned concern for Josh, “After all, you want to make a good impression. Remember, being needy is a turn off.” Devin’s mouth upturned into a toothy grin.
Cameron’s face flushed to glowing red hue when he realized his blunder. Once again, he was in an ardent fervor. “R-right!,” He turned to Josh in a rush of embarrassment and fortitude, “Don’t worry sweety. I’ll do better job of alluring you next time we meet!” Josh internally blanched at this proposal and recomposed himself when he saw the duo take their leave from the store.
Devin’s scarlet gaze scanned from Namini, to Josh, and back to the cheeky girl, “Well-well, it seems like the winner for this round would be Namini. Tsk, I’m shocked that you would be flirting all this time Josh.” Devin burst out in a guttural laugh. Meanwhile, Josh felt as though he wouldn’t mind crawling in a hole and hiding out for a while; to be honest, he could go a lifetime without seeing Cameron again. The ink adorned man was still shaking from his merriment when Natasha had arrived.

Stumbling obliviously into her world of cash register cha-chings and mumbling customers, Namini didn't even jump at the slamming of the door. Her focus was on giving the last customer a departing wave and smile. "Please come again!" she chirped and crossed her hands in front of her, sighing with content. That's when a small shiver ran up her spine as she cautiously turned her eyes to the familiar shadow towering over her. The sides of her mouth now twitching nervously, Namini couldn't help but stare at Devin's sudden appearance. When..WHERE DID HE COME FROM?! That's when the brunette took notice of the situation.
"Oh. They're gone.." she mindlessly blurbed as she noticed that the flirtatious duo that had been attacking Josh had left. From what she read of Josh's face, Namini also figured that Devin had appeared just in time. Regaining her composure, Namini felt the sides of her mouth ache and drop into a blank expression as Natasha approached, two small shopping bags hanging from her well-toned arms.
"Welcome ba-"
"Ewwwww," Natasha snickered sadistically as she walked right up to the counter, and leaning over it once again, pulled on Josh's cheek playfully. "Cameron and Julie were double-teaming you, you poor thing."
And just as one would think Natasha would actually say something warm and sincere, she shifted to the next topic without a moment's hesitation.
"Oh well. Anyways, next round, next round! The next round will be..." Natasha carelessly dropped the bags onto the ground, reached inside viciously, and, almost like a lioness tearing meat off of a corpse, ripped two teddy bears out and held them to the teens' faces. Adoring a fiendish grin, she purred sweetly, "Piercing."

Josh’s cheeks puffed out babyishly when they were pinched by Natasha. He forced a smile on his face and huffed. He was still emotionally wound up from the whole disaster and would prefer to forget the incident happened. However, the boy’s head did perk up towards Natasha when she seized two small plush bears from a plastic shopping bag. The bear's lifeless, beady eyes stared blankly at Josh when it was thrust into his face. He took the cuddly pink creature into his hands and squished it curiously. ‘squish’ Why did it remind him of the insidious Cameron? ‘squish’ Maybe it was the color? ‘squish’ Or maybe the way its eyes gleamed wickedly? ‘squish’ Josh was beginning to think that he would enjoy thrusting metal rings and needles into this particular bear. He peeped up inquisitively at Natasha, “So… when do we get to pierce them?” There was a trace of mischievousness in the boy’s features.

Namini carefully received the sickeningly cute teddy bear from Natasha's merciless hands and, mimicking Josh, began to squeeze it. Instantly, she fell in love. -squish squish squish- Her child-like enthusiasm grew. -squish squish- An amused chuckle escaped her lips, until one cruel word was announced.
"Piercing."
Raising her attention from the squishy bundle of pinkness and other assorted magical goodness, Namini stared hesitantly at Natasha, who seemed quite enthusiastic. The smile that had played on Namini's features disappeared and disappeared fast, as a meek "Huh?" was muttered. Natasha turned her cold, unforgiving gaze at her interviewee and frowned, "What? Hell-OH, you're in a piercing and tattooing store. What better than a piercing round between you two?"
A mouse-like "Oh.." was the reply as Namini's eyes turned back to her newfound, cuddly companion and felt a pang of sadness and guilt in her chest. She couldn't hurt anything this cute! ...But then again, this was such a wonderful environment to work in...
"So...when do we get to pierce them?" Josh's voice seemed to ooze malicious excitement. Namini furrowed her brows at him, but then remembered that he's a boy, and well...It's natural for a boy to have an instinctive hatred for anything cute and fluffy like these pink teddy bears. She remained completely oblivious to the fact that the bears, to Josh, were associated with the emotionally-draining Cameron.
Natasha's lips curled into a dangerous grin at Josh's reponse before hopping over the counter top, swinging an arm harshly around his neck, and then pulling him down underneath to a large drawer where she magically whipped out a brilliantly intimidating piercing gun. Triggering the empty gun a few times for dramatic effect, Natasha then pulled them back up to the counter top where she laid the gun down and patted it lovingly.
"Love the enthusiasm kiddo, but before you get to play with this. You gotta get something up here," Natasha purred before releasing Josh and giving him a bump on the noggin. Namini watched numbly, half of her mind in horror at just the sight of the gun and the other half wondering if she could really perform the piercing without hurting herself or others. She had a talent for creating the biggest mishaps with the smallest of things. But Natasha quickly regained her attention as she picked up the gun once again and then, clicking it once more, pointed with it at a room in the back of the store.
"We'll be teaching and performing this round back there. No point in freaking out the younger customers with bear piercings," she laughed wickedly, sending a chill up Namini's spine. This woman...was something else.

While Namini was having second thoughts on plunging assorted miniature pikes into the delightfully adorable teddy, Josh eagerly awaiting Natasha’s cruel demonstration. He was so enthralled with the notion of piercing that the rush of Natasha’s form past him did little except blow a few brown locks of hair in front of his eager eyes. Of course, the stray strands were immediately tucked and smoothed back into their proper places. Again, an object was thrust into the boy’s face, but this time the object sent delightful chills down Josh’s spine. He couldn’t help but admire the slick white gun clutched in Natasha’s wiry grip. One word escaped from his lips that seemed to sum up the whole situation for him, “Coooool….” Now, even the abrupt bop to his head had no effect in deterring his enthusiasm. Josh bounded behind the all but manically cackling woman into the backroom.
Meanwhile, during Natasha’s “little show”, Devin had set his burly arms on the counter and his eyes apathetically traced and followed the paths of dust particles waywardly floating in the air. He wasn’t the person who pierced in this store, that was reserved for the wicked harpy beside him. Devin had to admit that he much preferred the whirring of a tattoo needle to the snap of a piercing gun; the customer’s pain was more drawn out that way. The brawny man’s scorching eyes gave a blasé glance as the small party formed and shuffled to the storeroom. Of course, he followed aloofly after them.

The quartet appeared to be acting out a movie, Natasha being the bloodthirsty heroine, Josh and Namini as the half-excited, half-nervous sidekicks who were learning the basic skills of survival, and Devin, Natasha's overlooked partner. With the shiny but unforgiving piercing gun in her hand, Natasha led the others onto the battlefield of tears, cartilage, and intimidating ear gauges. When they reached the back room, there were already two identical corrupt-crimson red chairs waiting for the interviewees and their test subjects. With each step closer, Namini was becoming more and more lightheaded and the life seemed to leave her features, beads of sweat building up on her wrinkled forehead. Her grip on the bear was so tight, her knuckles had also lost their color.
What was this place?! It couldn't possibly be a piercing room! The heavy smell of cinnamon incense suddenly hit Namini's nose, so strong it felt like a physical blow to her body. But swallowing her fears, the young girl just stared blankly at the floor, her attention still with Natasha's instructions.
"Here's how it's going to work. I'm gonna explain the basics of piercing to you guys. I don't expect you to be perfect but," Natasha's black-hearted grin returned. "It would help you immensely in this round to pay attention to every and any little word that comes out of my mouth. And I will only say these instructions ONCE." Namini felt her heart begin its light drumming against her breast and nodded obediently.
Natasha sat herself in one of the chairs, and spinning gleefully, began barking out instructions, "Before you pierce something, you must always 1. wash your hands, 2. move any hair away from the ear and 3. clean the ear lobes with rubbing alcohol." She stopped the chair and stared hard at Josh, wondering how must excitement he still had in him. "Then take these pens and mark the ears accordingly. Make sure they are ******** even, you hear me?" Natasha hissed these words as if recalling an ugly experience and Namini was curious enough to ask her if she had made a mistake before but instead, Natasha continued without missing a beat...though now her rate of speaking had tripled.
"Youcanuseamirrortomakesurethey'reeven. Holdtheguntotheear annnnnnndddd PIERCE," Natasha squealed with delight, laughing at the end, much to the disturbance of Namini. "Remember also to keep both eyes open, and repeat. The end. Now...who's ready?"
Oh dear god. Namini felt the beating in her chest increase. Failure was unavoidable.

Josh’s thin nose scrunched as the spicy tang of cinnamon incense created a harsh smoldering sensation at the edges of his nostrils. It was as if they were trekking deep into the inner workings of a gingerbread man rather than a store. The deeper they went into the chasm of the backroom, the more light head Josh began to feel at the severe aroma. When Natasha spoke, the sultry keys of her voice seemed to meld together and pound in the boy’s head like a course, grating symphony.
“Who’s ready?”
Those simple two words were a magical incantation which awoke Josh from his smell induced stupor. His eyes squinted and uncomfortably gave a few tired blinks; trying to shake off the last remnants of his entrancement. Then realization hit, this was the moment the boy had been waiting for. A chance to plunge the spire of atonement through Cameron… err, well, the bear. He was the first to step forward and offer himself up to the “piercing gods”. He approached Natasha with a heroic gait and stood before the stormy eyed fiend valiantly, or at least as valiantly as a teen holding a pink plush could. “I guess I’ll do it then,” he replied nonchalantly trying to hide the zeal he had hidden away in his willowy frame.

Natasha raised a suspicious brow at Josh's newfound energy and confidence, a scowl pulling at the sides of her mouth. But quickly shaking off her uncomfortable suspicions, Natasha pulled a Chesire grin back to her features, pushed herself out of the chair and then patted the leather with such violence, instead of producing the soft "pit pit" of hand-meeting-leather, the leather chair gave a metallic yelp with each strike. Beside the chair was a small stand, topped with a tray of assorted utensils. Some were the simple tools Natasha had discussed previously while other seemed to be random things like scissors and tape. Pointing to this tray, Natasha's tone now screamed aggravation as she growled, [b]"There's your equipment. You have fifteen minutes to pierce both of your bear's ears accurately and according to the instructions I just gave you. Begin." She gave the chair one last irritated jolt before leaving the abused to stand beside Devin, awaiting Josh's actions.
Namini on the other hand, seemed to be in a paralyzed state. The color had completely drained from her face and hands, and her breathing was so shaky that with each inhale her entire being was shook so violently, Namini could taste the bitter bile in the back of her throat. She did not want the job this badly did she? Yes. She did-- No. Perhaps..Oh dear god. As her lifeless blue eyes attached themselves to Josh, an inaudible whisper escaped her lips, "Be careful Josh."
