"Hey, don't mention it." The monochrome male replied, having a seat at last. Even if she wasn't going to stick around he thought he'd go ahead and just rest there for the night. It had been a long walk, and unless she indicated wanting him to leave, he'd gladly make himself comfortable. "I'll be glad for the company too, to be honest. It's kind of a long way to go without anyone to talk to on the way. Heh..."

"I can imagine! It must get so lonely." She frowned slightly, although the slightly exaggerated way she did it made it clear it wasn't her usual expression. "It must make it really exciting to get there, though. To go from lonely to surrounded by an entire pride, your son included!"
She lowered herself to her belly, comfortable enough with him that she felt it wasn't rude to relax. "Have you visited many other places, Ayato?"

Ayato just grinned softly at that and nodded, but he didn't seem to mind enough to complain.
"It does, but, I'll have you to come with me next time, so it looks like my luck's starting to change, eh?" He winked, grinning a bit more broad. "No, really just the Unity Walkers. I'm usually tied up when I'm here or there, babysitting the little brothers and sisters or something along those lines. Not that I mind or anything, I love the little brats." He chuckled, resting his head on his paws as he watched her with a boyish stare. He had to say, she was awfully cute, and not just physically. It was the way she carried herself, her mannerisms, her positive, lively attitude, her manners themselves, everything about her put him at ease.

Kiasi smiled back, returning his stare with an interested, slightly oblivious gaze. "It's hard not to love them. I mean, okay, sometimes they're annoying and don't understand that when I say 'stop, that hurts', I really do want them to stop... but they're just cubs. They'll learn eventually."
His prolonged stare finally made her wonder what was up. Did she have something on her face? His purple eyes seemed calm, though, and so she shrugged it off as a weird boy thing, even finding that she kind of liked the attention.
