Fang watched her make herself comfortable. There were other reasons why he hated the fire on his paw, but she didn't need to know. "So, um..." He tried to think of a conversation to start. Oh how he was bad at starting conversations. "Do you like the rain?" It was all he could think of to talk about. She most likely didn't, but it was a step closer to an actual conversation. His eyes looked from the fire to the dark sky. The rain was ready to fall and Fang would dread every minute of it.

Nimue gazed at him and pondered for a moment. "Well, I like it and I don't. I don't much like the idea of getting drenched and cold, but I like the sound of it, and I like the smell. So, it has its ups and downs, just like that fire of yours." She chuckled, looking at the sky. It was then that the first few droplets fell, and she smiled.

When he heard the first few drops fall to the ground, Fang cringed a little. Rain, it was one of the worst things possible. Slowly, he made his way closer to the center of the tree. "Hopefully it'll pass quickly." He said looking up to the sky that was in the distance. It was all grey, no matter where he looked it was grey. Fang huffed a little and laid his head on his front paws, keeping an eye out for any water drops that tried to get at his paw.

Nimue chuckled at his antics a bit, but shortly stopped, realizing she was being rude. "Oh, it's not SO bad. But I think it may last a decent amount of time." She looked at his paw and considered a moment, then asked "Um, what exactly happens if rain touches it, if you don't mind my asking?" As she waited for him to reply, she scanned the ground for a good-sized leaf, and she quickly found one. It was damp, so it was unlikely that it would catch fire, so she happily offered it to him. "That should help."

Fang smiled at her chuckling at him. He didn't really mind it in the least bit. He found it funny himself that a large male was afraid of some water. "Hm, then I guess I will be here for a decent amount of time." He said, listening to her question then looking at his paw. "Well..." He tried to think of what happened last time. "Its like your paw catching fire, it hurts... does it not?" Fang knew the answer was yes. Was that how he would say the pain was? The purple ulaya didn't quite know since he was after all used to fire already.
