If you people knew anything about vampire mythology and fiction, Vampires themselves are dead. They do not produce sperm/ egg cells, they do not produce skin cells, nor do they do anything else like that. They. are. dead.
So when a vampire does ejaculate, if they let themselves, it'll be straight blood.
