Kevin moved forward slightly, moving onto the offensive slowly, striking out at Randy instead of waiting for his blow.

Randy backed off a bit, wanting to see Kevins style.

Kevin was graceful on his feet, and despite his earlier words he was very adept at swordplay. He stepped back and paused when he noticed that Randy had paused. "Is something wrong love?" He asked

"Oh no, just observing." he said with a smile and moved in for another strike. He thought that he wouldnt mind this turning into another one of their routines, chess could only entertain so much.

Kevin brought his sword up in time to stop the sword, moving forward he moved his sword in a downward cut.

Randy blocked the movement and made another of his own, always being sure to check everything he did, not risking cuting the doctor.

Kevin new Randy was holding back and was glad for it, the vampire had years of experience on his side, while kevin did not. Blocking Randy's blow he switched hands, a surprising occurance, but he was able to use both hands with the same amount of dexterity, the only reason he chose to change his sword over was becuase his tendons were hurting from the earlier feeding.

Randy smiled. "Ooh, tricky are you." he said with a grin and attacked again, keeping to Kevins level of expertise, he didnt care that in a normal fight he would have been able to 'kill' Kevin several times, he wasnt interested in winning, merely in learning about Kevin.

The blades rang with each strike, and Kevin enjoyed the sound of the metal scraping against metal. It was a sound that would normally pain anyone else's ears, but bought pleasure to his own, literally. He moved around the room slowly as he spared with Randy, being careful not to harm the man, though he doubted he could, even if he tried.

Randy moved gracefully with Kevins strikes, meeting and makeing his own with ease. If possible he would have liked to keep his own level of experiance with Kevins but as it was he kept slipping up and performing some of the more complicated movements

Kevin stumbled under a perticularly difficult move that Randy made, barly bringing his blade up in time. Smiling sheepishly he got his balance back and had a moment to be glad the blades were slightly dulled with use

Randy grinned a little and pushed his hair from his face. "Sorry." he said playfully and backed up to allow Kevin to catch up. "Your good, that wasnt a move I've seen many counter." he said with a smile.

"I take that as a complement." Kevin bowed elegantly, a move more suited for several centuries ago, he sometimes seemed to be as stuck in the old ways as Randy. Bringing his blade back up he took a light step forward towards Randy.

Randy met him and let loose several strikes, his blade landing against Kevins each time as he moved, his steps closer to danceing than swordplay. "Good love...cause that.. is what it...was" Randal said in between strikes

Kevin seemed to do the oppisite of Randy's moves, so they moved counter to eachother, bringing his sword down he blocked a swing at his lower leg and moved in close to Randy, smiling slightly as their body's brushed for a miniscule moment.
