I've always wanted to make a thread like this, thinking it would be something new.
Damn.
anyways, my personal favorites are those of Vincent and Rinoa.

And Sephiroth (badass again)

da.magical.mygit Wow, umm......id have to say that my favorites would have to be Vincent (badass) Tifa (she is just hot) And Sephiroth (badass again) indeed. also, while it may be rather plain, i really like Rinoa's outfit. those angel wings on the back of her shirt/dress thing are just awesome.

umm.. I have a small list:
Yuna's from FFx (X-2 just.. didn't seem like her as much, she seemed.. I don't know)
Squall- FFVIII
Seifer's- FFVIII (I liked the trench coat)
Lulu's- FFX
Tidus- FFX
Zidane- FFIX
Vivi- FFIX
Paine- FFX-2
Fujin- FFVIII
... That's all for now. I can't just chose one though, that's just impossible eek

Vincent's is awesome, and I've always liked Elma's outfit (X/X-2).
Edit: The SeeD uniforms and Beatrix's outfit were really cool, too. *Reading other people's posts*

There are very few characters whose outfits I didn't like. There was Quistis and Selphie. Theirs just didn't look thought out at all. I think those are the only two I didn't like. But my favourite is either Yuna from X or Vincent from VII.

Well, my girlish side loves Yuna's and Lulu's outfits from FFX... Yuna just because she's so hot in it, and Lulu's because she's hot and all the straps are just the coolest things.
Sephiroth has an uber-cool outfit, though... ::happy nod::

Lulu's and Yuna's are pretty cool Lulu's is awesome with all the belts
Vincents outfit is cool
Pain's outfit (she is kickass)
Tidus (he is really hot too, but the outfit is awesome)
Vivi (so cute)
Sephiroth (luv it)
Auron's (he kicks a**)
Squall's
