Brief History: Born and raised in Argos, with no plans to relocate, Hitomi has followed in the tradition of the maternal generations before her, and taken up clothesmaking. She started when she was very young training under her mother, just as her mother did when she was young, and her mother's mother before her, and so on. Having put her inventiveness and creativity to use she has recently risen to the top of the Feien fashion scene. She, has since, been sought out by the richest and most noble of Feien to make couture gowns for their lavish dinner parties. She enjoys using what's around her and incorporating them into her designs, i.e. leaves, berries, flowers, etc.. But she also utilizes the natural fibers and dyes that the island provides. Recently, she has started talking with the Lost Children who live nearby and is attempting to teach them the finer points of clothes making.
Brief Personality: Flighty, inattentive, inventive, and creative. And also a bit off her rocker. She's become a bit of an eclectic since the success of her last spring line and has recently taken to wearing lensless glasses she has made out of black sticks.
Physical Description: Pink! And lots of it! Hitomi has huge feathered wings that make it easy for her to reach long distances to meet with her discerning clientele. When not in use for flying however, she enjoys decorating her wings with beads and flowers. Hitomi's hair is her most discerning feature, most if it is the brightest shade of blue with streaks of platinum blonde. She stands at just over 5 inches.

Brief History:
Trystan was born and raised upon the island and inside the Treehut, though he hardly remembers any of his past besides playing out in the forests with the other children. He grew up doing his best to care for the others and be as helpful as possible. Being known for being a bit on the 'restless' side, he will often go out and forage in the forest if there isn’t work to be done.
Brief Personality:
Trystan is a sweet boy, rarely getting angry or short with anyone else. He’s mellow and easy going, tending to be easily talked into doing things for others if he is asked nicely enough. He tends to have a soft spot for girls, striving to keep chivalry alive through helping them and trying to make their lives easier ( whether they ask for the help or not).
Physical Description:
Lithe, agile, and slightly tanned, Trystan spends a lot of his time being active and out in the sun and it shows. His dark hair is usually kept short and spiked with sap, mainly to keep it from getting into his eyes when he’s working. His clothing usually consists of dark tan clothes that keep him cool while he is working or playing. Shorts, tattered from work, that hang a bit under his knees, and shoes that keep his feet covered and safe from harm while he’s out foraging, tend to be the norm.

Brief History: German has always loved the jungle and enjoys being out on his own with the trees and vines and creatures. He decided to become a hunter at a very young age, but as he is generally a nonviolent person, ended up becoming more of an an explorer and messenger. He's a fairly skilled hunter, with senses honed from all his time in the jungle, but he only kills animals who pose a threat and squirrels for their fur and meat, which he sells.
Brief Personality: Germanicus is very friendly and always happy to help others, even when others are only interested in using him. He gets a genuinely good feeling when he helps people. He's not nosy and won't bother anyone who doesn't want his assistance. He views the Lost Children as interesting and is happy to deliver messages to and from the Treehut. Now that there's news of the search for the cabbages, he wants to help out, and hopefully his jungle expertise will prove useful. Germanicus generally doesn't care what other people think of him; he's not very fashionable or refined. What he lacks in refinement he more than makes up for with his good nature.
Physical Description: Germanicus is medium height, with bright red hair, green markings, and bright yellow eyes. He is moderately-built. He carries a flint-tipped spear wrapped with vines and decorated with feathers. He wears a simple, rough loincloth tied with vines cords, and vine cords on his arms. He has double dragonfly wings on his back. He usually wears a feather or two in his hair.

Brief History: As far as ages go, Sparry falls right about in the middle of the kids. She began her life with the lost children, but found it impossible to follow their rules or bow to their leadership (even as slight as it is.) She wanted an adventure! She wanted to fight and steal and be rotten! She struck out on her own, but only lasted a grand total of six hours before realizing it was a dumb idea and crawling off to find Tock and his crew. She's been there ever since.
Brief Personality: Too enthusiastic for her own good, but rather naive in the way the world works. Sparry likes to try to cover up for her own inexperience by talking tough and putting plans into action. She almost never sits still, and certainly never pauses long enough to even think. Everything she does is haphazard, improvised, and jury-rigged out the wazoo. If it works, it's a miracle. If it doesn't... well, that's nothing out of the ordinary. Her hyperactivity is only spurred onwards by her desire for treasure. She's a pack rat of sorts and if something catches her eye the only thing she'll think about is how to steal it until it's hers for real.
Physical Description: Sparry is average height and mostly human, but she looks taller because her legs and arms are a bit too long for her body, almost a little monkeyish. She has large brown eyes, a medium complexion, and a small, sharp nose which gives her a bit of a perpetually surprised expression. Her hair is dark, tangled, and peppered with beads and trinkets knotted into it. Instead of external ears she has a pair of royal blue fins radiating from around her ear canals - on land, her hearing is average, but underwater it's superb. She can hold her breath for five minutes, but only at shallow depths, and perhaps most perplexingly, she has a sort of sixth sense - the ability to smell gold.

Brief History: His past with the Lost Children was an unhappy one. He never got along with the gang and he especially didn’t like to share to fruits of his work with the other children. Not that he ever really worked in his life. To him ‘work’ merely consisted of stealing off other people. Finally tired of people making grabby-hands for his loot *cough* he left the tree house in pursuit of greener pastures.
Brief Personality: Percy is, simply put, a coward. Although he doesn’t like to stick to the rules, he’s not brave enough to make it on his own so he hangs around people he thinks are tough. When faced with a dangerous situation he’ll most likely be fleeing or talking his way out of it. Sometimes he will try to get someone else to do an undesired task for him. He’ll never admit a mistake and will make any excuse he can to get himself off the hook. Unfortunately, he’s not the brightest tool in the shed either so his lies are easy to see through.
Physical Description: Scrawny little boy with a light tan, short silvery-blonde hair, and brown eyes. His clothes are old and tattered except for his unusually clean white shirt. He’s still wearing the same pair of pants he took from the tree house which have grown embarrassingly short, not to mention the long brown tail stuck on to those pants that make him look like a monkey. He sports a red bandana (a patched handkerchief) and a handmade eye patch to justify his ‘pirate’ status, even though nothing is wrong with his eyes. Obviously not the strongest boy on the island, Percy makes up with his agility and ability to dodge incoming attacks. However, his clumsiness usually means he’ll hurt himself one way or another.

Brief History: When she was in her younger years, she was a vast historian whom traveled and gave messages to the higher rankings. She was sort of beloved by others for her ability gain and record vast amounts of information. She often wrote many scrolls upon things she has seen and teachings of certain abilities but through the years she has found that many want to 'overlook' many dealings that aren't of what they desire. Their ignorance drove Madoray's intension, teachings career away. Since then she has found her place in the outskirts of Argos. She finds her research and teachings a bit old and has made her new career as a Grower.
Though, no one knows if she is still a good fairy... from what they last saw- she broke and burned some of the scrolls that she had done for the higher ranks. What she had said in her last intel she collected were a bit dark and not to be talked about.
Brief Personality: She isn't the one to go and tackle any unknown source. She is a more reserved yet cautious fairy. The only way to disturb her is to disrupt the animals/or wood in the vicinity [ her friends ], She is yet only seems kind to animals and is not very trusting to any others. Even her own kind. Ever since she left she became much more quiet, reserved but beware of her. She has a very bad temper when provoked enough.. which is kinda hard- if she is kind to you in the beginning... what is in your future with her can't be determined lightly... She never makes her intensions known. She can also be described as a deadly beauty...
Physical Description: Is a slender one that has long green hair- down to past her feet is usually straight yet decorated in leafs and flowers by nature. Her eyes of solid black and graceful pale green/brown body. She has a natural glow to her as well... Oh, and to add... she is very small. Very. Small. Only about the size a bit smaller than a human hand. Almost 4-5inches. All her 6 wings are leafy [ Think one of Pan's three fairy guides ] [/pan's Labyrinth] - colored in brownish green..

Brief History: Byron was born on the island from a rather sickly looking cabbage, he is a bit older than the other children. Too scared to join the pirates, Byron stays by himself, except for his companion caterpillar, who he takes everywhere.
Brief Personality: Byron is a scared, softly spoken individual. He is timid and does not often confront others without complete consent. He will normally consult his caterpillar before entering conversation with another, or before confronting a situation. He has a slight stutter.
Physical Description: Byron is rather tall, with limbs the length of sticks and the build of one too. He is gangly and clumsy, with round, over-large glasses covering his eyes. Byron has auburn hair and a light dusting of freckles all over his body. He dresses smartly, with as neat a t-shirt as he can find, worn overalls and shiney black shoes. His catterpillar, Pilly, rests on his either of his hands.

Brief History: Ari was born on the island, and has lived in the treehut with the other children ever since. He is one of the younger children living there, but he doesn't let that stop him from trying to help out.
Brief Personality: Ari is neither outgoing or shy, settling somewhere in the middle. He can be a bit timid at times, and doesn't like conflict. He likes helping people, and will do almost anything he is asked to do.
Physical Description: Ari is an average sized toddler with fair skin. His hair is a darkish brown, with slight curls, and his eyes are an amber color. He normally wears a pair of golden brown footed pajamas with a lion eared hood and tail.

She enjoys sunbathing, grooming, singing and of course, her favorite past-time, searching the ocean floor for 'collectibles'. She is especially fond of pearls and has been collecting them since she learned to swim. However, things have begun to change since the children arrived to the island, especially with the addition of those pesky pirates. She has taken it upon herself to find out more about these disrespectful creatures in the hope that she could keep Mermaid Cove as safe as possible. Of course, this meant she would have to venture near them. They -- especially those pirates -- would regret ever coming to their beautiful island! Brief Personality: Like her appearance, Miki has a dark side to her. While she is very similar to the other mermaids in most things, she has a knack for trouble. She is very curious about her enemies and the other inhabitants on the island and is always trying to find out what they are up to -- keeping one splash ahead of them! She may appear conceited at first but when one gets to know her, one would see that she was very doubtful of her own looks and envious of the other mermaids. This is why she spends so much of her time alone. She also tends to act more childish than her age would imply. Physical Description: Due to her love for sunbathing, Miki has a beautiful golden brown tan. Her long, straight black hair is kept up in pigtails, one loose and one braided and falls down to the small of her back. She collects various items which she uses in her hair as accessories. Amongst these are pearls, shells and bits of treasure. Her eyes are a light, sky blue and her mermaid body and fins are as dark as her hair. While she may be topless, she wears several strings of pearls to keep her chest covered and an additional string around her waist. She is very beautiful, naturally, like the other mermaids.

Brief History: Tear has always been very curious, and trouble seems to follow her around. Obsessed with tales of those on the land and the pirates that roam the sea, Tear constantly tries to come in contact with the land-dwellers. An oft-chance meeting with the pirates has given her a scar on her right side, but she still wishes to speak with them. Her cave is the closest to the pirates as she can get, and she has little contact with the other mermaids in the area. She will return to them every once in awhile, to tell them stories of her adventures.
Brief Personality: Tear is not exactly the brightest of the fish in the sea, but she tries really hard. She puts a lot of effort in to looking her best, and will spend hours beneath the sea, searching for just the right pearl to offset her hair. She is very curious, and loves searching for things, especially treasure, and feels that pirates and mermaids have gotten off to a bad start and wants to make peace with them. Even though scarred by a recent meeting (she tried to rescue a drowning pirate by taking him to her cave... but he almost died along the way and cut her side trying to get away) she still wants to work for them. She is very jealous of the mermaid thats on the prow of the ship.
Physical Description:Tear has long hair that goes from deep yellow to dark red from top to bottom. She wears it in simply, choosing small pears to hold the majority of it away from her face. Her eyes are large, and very pale gold in colour, and are prone to crying when she doesn't get her way. She has one large fin, deep orange in colour, and has smaller fins of a more translucent nature coming from the large fin. Her skin is tanned, and she's not shy about showing her features (aka no seashells). She has a white scar running up her right side, starting at her hip and stopping beneath her breasts.

Brief History: Nothing really special about her upbringing--she lives in a small crevice in the midst of a fairly large group of mermaids who reside not far off the coast.
Brief Personality: Insatiably, indescribably curious about those that live out of the water, Anemone spends a lot of her time hovering just below the surface, watching them as they scurry about. However, she has no real desire to actually interact with them--in fact, if they so much as look in her direction, she takes off, swimming for the depths as fast as her powerful tail can propel her.
Overall, she's very fearful, especially of new things--however, she resents this about herself, which is part of the reason she spends so much time observing the very things that terrify her the most.
Physical Description: Slight of build, she darts through the water--she's a particularly fast swimmer, even for a mermaid. She has long wavy hair that's a dark reddish brown, with bright red highlights. While she usually wears it loose, she does have a few small braids that she randomly puts into it, and that she uses to weave a few pearls into her hair. Her scaley lower-parts are a deep bluish green, with her fins being more blue. For the most part, she dislikes wearing even excessive amounts of jewelry (she still loves her shinies, however)--she doesn't like the drag it creates in the water, and so usually wears very little.

Brief History: Serelin was brought into this world as an only child by a loving mother and father; both accredited healers that always spent most of their money making sure their daughter was always looked after. Having never to fend for herself, she quickly found herself a comfortable niche in the healing society.
Brief Personality: Serelin has a love for all things bright and shiny. She's by no stretch of the imagination intelligent or even aware. Having always been pampered, she relies little on herself and prefers to charm her way into getting what she wants.
Physical Description: Serelin always tries to maintain her looks, and appearance, as she finds it her most useful tool in life. She has a fondness for glowing lights and bright clothing.
