Some say there's no such thing as a cusp.
Christopher Whitiki - from SoulGardenTV ( Astroscope ) on Youtube says in his opinion that ZERO DEGREES means ZERO. Nobody knows how to act, when they are thrown out of one element and onto another.
I do think "Numberology" has some bearing as well.
I've got a 3 personality - based on 21.
( Technically you can't subtract a day number into a single digit ) What it does boil down to - is that 3's tend to be emotional, chatty, and tries to make fun out of what others consider a serious issue.
- - - Perhaps being "sleep deprived" also has some bearing as well.
Someone born on the 21st - tend to be sarcastic, and looks at the dark side of things - before they can see the light at the end of the tunnel. If they try hard enough, and if they're consistant enough... they can finish something.

I'm still skeptical - if Occult Sciences can answer "Health" issues such as that.
There is having an opinion - and there is, "Now how do you actually feel" about this issue. I'm totally at odds with this issue. What does happen, is after making some kind of breakthrough or discovery... is that It feels like a manic-depressive kind of fear takes over.
Leo / Virgo types think there will be some "retribution" or "retaliation" if they just really let themselves tell the truth. - - - some might have been taught that this is unnatural or even dirty.
- Anyway, not looking so forward in taking a trip for the Dermatologist for the following morning. The idea of watching my Significant Other getting a couple of those moles on his back removed... is enough to give nightmares.

Have you considered Polarity Axis - such as looking at 3rd and 9th houses ?
- I've got one of those Oppositions between Hades and Neptune.
Another difficult aspect is known as the Quincunx - a Latin word, describing that something is six houses away from you. This is a life long thing, that needs to be dealt with.
For example: The Sixth house of the Third = Eight house.
What is it that someone is trying to eliminate, from the community ? This is one of those issues that affect others - by how well someone keeps themselves clean and sanitary.
If you don't address this issue - from the 1st house, this problem manifests and affects your health in some degree. That's the power of the Quincunx.

I'm born august the 21st- I am actually lacking in sarcasm, because I mean mostly what I say- I am negative though sometimes...
The only virgo in me is my venus and mars.
I say that it suits capricorn more reeeeeeeeeeally.
I still don't believe in cusps, and 21st of August isn't near one. whee ps- I'm not sick of you, you just have alot to say, most of it are quotes though, so I have usually skipped most of it. I tried this time though razz

people only say the were born on Cusps because the day a sign starts can change every few years or so.

TheLyelac1 people only say the were born on Cusps because the day a sign starts can change every few years or so. Yes, because it's based on astronomy, right? The seasons, constellations and such...
