I did some of these once:
when you're in an elavator with only one other person, rip a HUGE fart, then when they look at you say "um, you did it."
huddle in a corner and start twiching uncontrollably and mutter random gibberish
wear your shirt backwards and say you put your face on backwards

For the ladies: Remove your bra WITHOUT removing your shirt. Inspect it. Lean over to the most insecure person in the elevator, hold up your bra to them, and say "See, I told her that trying to nibble it off was a bad idea. She runied the stiching." Put your bra back on WITHOUT removing your shirt.
For the Guys: Get on with a friend. Randomly start humping his/her leg until you reach your floor.

if the elevator has railing inside it, try to pole dance!
stand next to the person next to you, and all of a sudden, grab their leg or their hand.

these ideas are awesome!!! Ok, mine is to get into the elevator and not turn around. don't talk to anyone and just stare at the back of the elevator. when it gets to your floor, walk out backwards, and stand right outside the door and stare at the people in the elevator

When you get on, choose a person, get down on one knee and propose to the chosen person.
Get a stupid grin on your face and walk through the elevator waving at people.
Randomly start dancing.

Hold the door open when you get to a vacant floor, before pushing the help button and taking off.
Spray ketchup all over the place and leave a doll or dummy or something in the corner with a fake knife in it and bolt...
