Isamu quickly winced as he lowered his head, "Sol!" He slowly opened his eyes feeling a dull pain on his forehead, some blood trickling down and around his face as he snarled, turning to face the persian, "(Damn you..)"
"Arg, forget the status effects, shadow claw!" Kailana was beginning to lose her patience once more.
The absol extended his claws as he readied his attack, a strange black fog emminating from each claw. He quickly lunged at the feline, "ABSOL!" mouth agape and eyes burning.

Faraon hissed loudly as pain invaded side of his neck, he growled loudly, even though his owner was still calm, the feline was starting to lose his temper with the absol. "Giga impact!" Lock called out, picking up the Persian's signs of discontent. Faraon rose to his back legs and brought down his forepaws down onto the ground with great speed, sending a wave of power in all directions.

Poor Isamu shrieked in pain as a large pile or rocks toppled atop him, pinning him to the earth. He snarled and growled, making a personal vendetta out on Faraon as he winced in pain.
It was unbearable seeing her absol beneath the rubble of the battle field though she took the time to calm down, hoping for a wind of change, "Rock tomb."
Isamu's red eyes began to glow as he strength seem to come back tenfold, dragging himself out from the hill of rocks. A black/purple aura enveloped the large stack of rocks before it all lifted with one heave, moving into the air and hovering right above Faraon.

His whiskers tense as he growled towards the absol, the small shift on the air and he crook his head to the pile above him. The blind feline let out a yowled of pain as part of the pile of rocks fell on top of his backquares as he tried to dodge the attack.
Lock kept himself calm as he watched Faraon struggle to get his back legs out from under the rubble. "Thunder."
The persian's body tense further and his eyes narrow to slits as his fur bristle up, he was tempted to hit the trainers rather the absol. He let out a roar, releasing the electric attack towards the absol.

The absol let out a shriek of pain as the thunder attack hit him hard.
Kailana clenched her fist, hard, as she watched her poor pokémon being electrocuted on the battlefield. She took a few moments to calm herself once more after the shock before she gave the next attack, "Ice beam!"
Isamu shook his head slowly, the electricity still coursing through his body, his beautiful fur standing on end. His maw opened as he began to focus his energy into one large light blue sphere. "Ab..." he aimed carefully, "SOL!" He released the beam in hopes of it making a direct hit on the male persian.

Faraon's ears pulled against his head as he curled against the pile of ruble that kept him in place at the moment as part of the beam hit his side. He growled lowly at the pain.
He shook his flexible body and finally slipped the ruble off. Pacing away from the rocks along 'his' side of the battle field.
Lock's eyebrow raised, now noticing how both pokemon had so far used long range attacks a difference from their short range attacks that had been in the start of the battle. While it wasn't truly part of his profession to watch such things in battles, he enjoy taking in the information.
"Power Gem." He spoke calmly.
The nature glow of the strangly blue head jewel of the cat increased suddenly as the two milky eyes glowed. Opening his mouth, The jewel's glow suddenly drain as roar along realizing the beam from his mouth towards the Absol.

His eyes grew wide as he watched the oncoming attack; it was one he had never seen nor experienced it before. He tried his best to avoid the attack, jumping as quickly as possible out of the beam's course, some of it's energy grazing his side.
The female trainer disregarded her pokémon's weak status, only uttering another relentless attack. "Freeze him with blizzard, Isamu!"
Isamu began to snarl lowly at the blind persian, small flecks of snowflakes falling from his mouth as if they were drool. Once more he opened his mouth and sent yet another ice attack towards his enemy in the form of a white, icy beam.

"Blizzard?...." Lock watched the absol as the large feline tried to get away from the attack. "Oh...of course...."
The blue-jeweled feline let out a complaining yowled through his open frozen muzzle. His muscles twitched and strain under the layer of ice that had fully immobilize him. This was the second battle he had been frozen when his opponent had been restless and losing. He was starting to dislike greatly any ice pokemon.

"(Pah)," Isamu scoffed at the solid block of frozen persian as he took his time walking closer to 'his' side of the field, "(And to think, I thought I had a real challenge on my hands..)"
Kailana smiled, and gave a short chuckle, "Alright Isamu, enough talking, let's finish this battle. Iron tail!"
His long, multicolored scythe-like tail gave a quick metallic sheen before he swung his whole body round, hoping to thwack some ice free from Faraon and get down to his furry flesh.

The persian rolled his eyes, hearing the attack command, the feline actually pushed against the ice layer, reinforcing it to keep it from collapsing so easily under the hit.
He smirked when he just felt a light bumping against his body as ice was only slightly cracked.
Lock gave Kailana a funny look at her chuckle but said nothing as he remind calm. [2/4] [400/1000]

"Stop fooling around Isamu!" she growled angrily in utter disbelief that he had missed. You're going to be put back to training once we're through.. "Slash through the ice!"
He glared evily at the smirking Faraon, knowing he wouldn't miss again. Thick black claws once more protruded from his paws as he lept onto the ice block and dug in, raking them across the smooth ice.

Faraon hissed when the slash attack actually made contact with his flesh. His eyes glared towards nothing.

Kailana took a second out to look towards Lock, her eyes narrowing as she glared, "I don't recall me asking you." She turned her attention back to battle, wanting to take advantage of the time the persian was paralyzed stiff. "Bite him."
Isamu licked his chops slowly before he opened his jaws, lunging for the part of Faraon's body he had exposed.

She only quirked a brow, curious as to why he was smiling. Afterall, he was losing, he shouldn't be showing any sign of happiness..
"Let's finish this already, shadow claw!"
Once more he unsheathed hislarge black claws, an eerie dark purple glow eminating from them as he prepared his attack. A large smile couldn't help but appear on his muzzle as he lunged for Faraon, paw first towards his exposed fur.
