Alas... both options are still greyed out when I try to save it as a fave. Sorry about that!

Hmm... Strange. Don't know what else to do. I don't see any other options for me to change.

That's just weird. Maybe it's a glitch... I wonder if Jasta has tried to see it with a different internet browser...
Anyways, I just saw the stuff I have in my house and it ain't that bad. rolleyes

I've tried it in IE and Firefox, and still can't bookmark it. sad Very odd...
Oh well--I still have the URL, so when you have a party I'll be there! smile

Hey folks,
You know the Gaia glitch that won't let us edit our homes? Well... it still isn't fixed in IE and Firefox, but I heard through the help forum that if you use the new browser from Apple (works on Macs and Windows) called Safari, you can work around it!! You have to use the links, not the buttons, once you get past the main windows into your inventory--but it works!
If you already have iTunes, I believe it's free. I got an automatic download of it today.

Forgive me, I'm not sure how to link it, but the address is 2 Barton 001549. Upper left house.
I change my house a lot so if there's ever a party there, I can set it up appropriately. ^_^

He-he, I forgot how to link it myself so it's ok. It's a bit tough to find a house by the address alone, the quickest way may be to use the "find a friend's house" thing in the map menu. I think... sweatdrop

If you go to the front page of your house, where the housing commission NPC is, at the bottom of that window there is a link they give you, so you can invite friends to your house. For instance mine is here: http://www.gaiaonline.com/homes?user=9754654If you go to that link I think you can save a house as your favourite. Feel free to mark mine. smile

*waves at brother*
Once you're in the home, click the icon for exit; you'll be outside standing on the doorstep. At the bottom of that window (the one that opens when you go to towns) click on the globe for "Directory"; you'll be shown the general area where you just were, and surrounding sections. Mouse over all the house icons until you find the one you were just in, and follow the instructions to "friend" that house. It will then show up on your list of faves, AND it will be shown as a blue house in the active directory as long as it is on your favourites list.
Now guess what most of our family does for a living... smile

What doesn't she do?
But she's being funny. Most of us, except our oldest brother Dave, do computer stuff. I do hardware installations and software development, Jasta does technical writing and software QA/testing, and our sister (older'n Jasta by a bit) does voodoo programming. Dave works for a railroad as a conductor, and Jo reads tarot cards for a living. You can't make up stuff like this.
But Jasta is also a clergy person and counselor in her "spare time". Of which she has none just like me.

Is there a URL for the house, Mel? I tried going to that number and ended up at my own house. Maybe a glitch?
