There might be people who still want to stay in the guild but can't be active at the moment for various reasons. school, work etc. So I don't think it's a good idea just to start kicking people out of the guild.

Perhaps a new rule can be put up? Post in this amount of time or risk getting kicked out of the guild? It worked on other sites, and they're active.
I dunno, just an idea.

It's a lot of work, but I'm willing to do it.. even alone, if others don't want/have time to..:3

It'll be worth the crew members' time. It'll allow for more openings, and more opportunities for actually active people to be posting here and telling their friends. Recycling, in other words.
Pfft, I'd post here every chance I got.
