Actually, Morton Dill is NOT a Companion. He's a very obnoxious, stereotypical cowboy hick who was in the tour crowd on the Empire State Building in The Chase. He's downright cringe-inducing. gonk

I guess you could say it was Stephen as "Stephen Regret", his made-up monicker in "The Gunfighters"--except that he wore a ridiculously unrealistic & showy cowboy outfit in his attempt to blend in. lol

I now have the male companions. If I'm missing any, please let me know. Even if it's an irregular person. It seems rather odd to me that there are more female than male. Hmmmm. xp

As far as I know, that's all the male companions (not including outside of the show itself). Whoosh. There weren't very many. O_O
