You gengar is good. Only, I would choose Thunderbolt just because it is more acurate.
Charizard needs major work.. Four different fire attacks won't do. Try investing in Dargon Pulse.
Crobat needs work. Take him to the move tutor and have it learn Cross Poison. Keep Confuse Ray. Fly has more power then Wing Attack does, if it has to know a flying attack. x-siccor is a good attack it can learn too.

I didn't say it was great. I wouldn't have given it Hyper Beam, but I know how strong the move is so I just left it. Besides, I've never raised a Gengar before so get off my back. stare
