He yawned and rubbed his eyes then was stood on his own feet and he glanced up at the doctor then back at his father as he set the toy in daddy's hand. That wasn't optional was it? Didn't appear so. Tilting his head back to gaze up at the bigger man, he blinked. "Hi. I'm Toby. Nice to meetcha." Thus reaching back, he clung to his father's pantleg and didn't really say anymore. "Dine-sore, please? Watch!" Catching sight of that familiar glint that was his father's large and very fun platinum watch.
Very infant like? They were toddlers for goodness sake. Sam bristled slightly at his first questions since it almost seemed like he thought her children were slow and they were most certainly not slow. "Thobias doesn't warm up to strangers very quickly," she offered since her son didn't look very likely to give anymore than his father had requested of him. But he had given that so that seemed to be enough.
She knew the doctor had to be close to her children but he needed to stop touching them. Toddlers were notorious for being cranky after they'd just gotten up and these two had. Sure enough, her daughter's fangs were in the doctor's fingers a moment later. "Felicity." Single word in the Mommy tone as she gently pushed a finger in her daughter's mouth and forced her to open, sliding her fangs back out. "Tell him you're sorry. We don't bite." Holding his wrist so he couldn't jerk it away, she licked the tips of her own fingers and brushed them over the tiny pinpricks. "Little fangs have a tendency of snapping at everything. And she doesn't like her hair messed with very much."

But Ronchas merely looked amused. He pulled back his finger, glancing at it almost dispassionately before turning and taking out a band-aid, he showed it to the kids, then easily wrapped the brightly colored thing around his finger.
"Fascinating, Fascinating." he muttered, grinning brightly again. He wrote down notes quickly, overjoyed with what he had found. Turning he put their file away, happy with his notes, oh yes, he was very happy with his notes. He then turned back to the parents. Mom seemed a little annoyed though Ronchas had not meant to imply anything. "They're growing quickly, you must be so proud, I will go get the shots. It will not hurt, will not hurt." Ronchas promised the kids, then left the family alone for a moment to go retive his needed shots.

She blinked at that tone and the call of her name before putting up no protest when it came to her mother gently prying her mouth open to get fangs out of the doctor's fingers. Well he was the one who put them too close, why was she getting in trouble? But a pouty look and then a look to Ronchas. "Sorries." but then a blink at her mother with the new word. "Shots?"
He was about to hand back the toy with a pat on the head before he took off his watch and handed it to his son, knowing that they boy was careful with it. If anything he seemed to know that breaking it would not be a good thing. Thusly the dinosaur was put away into the bag Sam had. As for biting...well Xearus was partially amused and merely let Sam do the chastising. "Very proud." Joy, the kids were getting shots...they were going to love that one.

Wiping a bit of blood off her daughter's mouth, she cuddled her to take the sting out of the reprimand. "Good girl." She'd been prepared to do damage control once the doctor had been bitten but he didn't even seem affected. How odd... Glancing to Xearus as the doctor left the room, she frowned. "If I hadn't looked up all his qualifications myself I'd say he was just some nut pretending to be a doctor." And Ronchas was lying, it would indeed hurt but the kids needed their shots. "It'll help you grow up to be big and strong. And if you're really good you can have a lollipop after." If Ronchas didn't have them, Sam did.
Toby frowned when he got no response and crossed his arms huffily. He'd introduced himself and he still didn't know the doctor's name. But Daddy distracted him with his watch and he took it happily and slipped it onto his wrist over his shirt then started looking around. Hey! There was his chair. Leaving his father's side, he walked over to it and climbed up the way he'd learned to with his mother's then sat down and twisted his body to make it swivel. "Mommy's?" Grabbing for the pen on the desk and making a mark on the paper. "I color."

Ronchas was not gone long. Oh no, he wanted these kids to get their shot. It was in everyone's best interest if they did. It was true that the bite did no more than amuse him but he was the one that put his hand near a vampire's mouth. If the child had attempted to kill him maybe he would flip (Ronchas was very afraid of death) but even before the mother interviened he felt no malicous in the child's bite.
She just wanted to have a little taste.
"I am back, I am back!" he chanted warmly as he returned into the room then saw Toby in the chair, that was fine, but he was drawing on some of his files, that was not! "Oh! No, don't draw on that! Don't draw on that!" Ronchas chimed, placing down the shots and grabing the paper. Quickly scrounging he found some blank paper and gave it to him.
"You should ask before drawing, before drawing." Ronchas chastised, quickly stuffing the paper away into a locked drawer before anyone could ask about it. "Anyway I have the shots, the shots, for the children. Who should go first? Go first?"

She was still pouty, but as all children do she bounced back quick enough, now a tad more squirmy and kicky seeing as she had finished off her juice and thus had nothing else to occupy herself with. But a nod to her mother and she brightened at the mention of candy. Who didn't love candy? But her bright green eyes turned back to the doctor as he came back in and she gave a little gasp. "No trouble Toby!"
He shrugged. "Doctors with high degrees and specialties of a rather reputable sort are often eccentric. I'd call him obsessive compulsive leaning to a need to repeat key phrases he beleives are important to himself. I think he's relatively harmless though." And he was the psychologist so yeah....but he'd be watching. A look over to his son as the child wandered around. "No, this isn't mommy's office." He was sure the chair wouldn't be minded but when the child took to papers, that was bad. "Toby no, don't-" Caught.
He gave a slight grin of apology as he got up and retrieved the child. "Sorry about that doctor, you know kids they just get into things before you can stop them." Giving Toby that reprimanding look and sitting down with him again. "Hope he didn't ruin anything important. Toby, apologize. You know better than to touch before asking." Before giving a look to his wife. "Felicity may fight more on it if you do Toby first. You know, protective twin streak."

Which was pretty much the line of reasoning she'd been going with as well. As long as Xearus' thought was lining up with hers, all was well. Wincing as Thobias found himself in trouble, she shook her head and dropped Felicity's cup back into the bag since it was empty. "I'll hold her for you." Wrapping her arms around the child's middle to keep her from squirming and pressing a kiss to the top of her head. "I need you to sit really still, Lici. Can you do that for Mommy?"
"Looks like Mommy's." He huffed. Too late indeed. He glanced up and frowned at the doctor as things were snatched and then went to color again before he was picked up and scolded. "Sorries. I no give medsine like Mommy." His gaze went to his sister and he reached out to her, patting her arm gently to let her know he was okay. Playing with his father's watch for a moment, he started looking around the office again but didn't say anything else.

Ronchas would have been amused to hear such a discription of himself. Not the part about his repeating of words. Well that would have amused him too though. Then again almost anything would amuse Ronchas right now. In his mind he wasn't dangerous at all. What he was doing wasn't dangerous...for him.
Though it could harm the children.
"No harm done, no harm done." he assured the parents, giving them a smile before looking to the twins. So Toby was the weaker twin, okay, okay. He could do Felicity first, and show it didn't hurt. He didn't hurt with the shots, he was VERY good with shots. "Well how about I show you so it wont hurt Toby at all, at all. By giving you the shot. The shot." he grinned to the girl brightly, holding up the needle. "I promise no pain, no pain at all."

She blinked at the change in holding and the kiss on the head, giving a few bablbling words and looking once more to the doctor as he was talking to her. Something about things not hurting. Okay then what was not going to hurt this shot thing? He was looking expectantly like mommy did when she wanted something. Blinking, she held out her hand and arm to the doctor, maybe he wanted to hold her hand?
He patted the boy on the head. "That's a good boy." Letting the boy look around and watching his daughter. This should be interesting.

It was a very good thing that Sam couldn't hear the doctor's thoughts or she might have had something to say regarding his opinion of Thobias. As it was, she watched her daughter and knew she didn't understand but didn't want to explain it to her and scare her off prematurely. It was going to hurt, shots always did no matter how careful you were but she cleared her throat and waited for him to clean a spot on her arm and stick the needle in. "Good girl."

Ronchas smiled and took the girl's hand. He rolled up the sleeve and turned the arm so he could shoot into the inside of her elbow. He did it quickly and with minimual fuss. In a short ammount of time there was a band-aid on her arm and a lolipop in Ronchas hand, being offered to the little girl.
"Good little shot takers get a nice lolipop from Dr. Ronchas, Dr. Ronchas." he told her, and the parents with a grin. If the parents didn't want them to ahve candy they have to play bad guys. Ronchas didn't care if the familys were happy and healthy, only if they always brought their kids in for shots.
"Now for the other twin, the other twin. Are you ready litttle boy? Ready little boy?" Ronchas asked, grabing his other needle and turning to Toby.

Oh wait what are you doing? Did I do something bad? Mommy and daddy grab hands when we're about to touch things we shouldn't. Maybe he wanted to look at the funny shape on the inside of her wrist? She gave a frown though at the little p***k of pain and the slight stinging sensation, not sure whether she wanted to break into tears or not...but the sight of candy and words that said no tears made her decision for her and she took it withou a smile, turning a look to her brother. "Lolpop."

Sam watched the needle carefully to ensure that Dr. Ronchas had found a vein the first time and they wouldn't need to be repeating this. She hated causing her children any sort of pain but when it was good for them, it had to be done. Praising her when it was over, she showered her daughter with kisses and pet through her hair. "Good girl. You held very still just like I told you." Positive reinforcement was always good.
He was slightly distrustful of the doctor for reasons only his two year old mind could comprehend. Looking up at the doctor, he glanced back at his father and shook his head. "No." Ready for what? What was he going to do with that? "I have one too, please?" Because mommy and daddy always gave them the same things.

Ronchas smiled at little Toby's question and nodded. "If you take your shot quietly, quietly, you get a lolipop too." Ronchas promised. He took the other syringe and then Toby's arm, reveling the skin quickly he plunged in the needle with equal skill. In less than a minute Ronchas had his syrum in the blood and the needle being pulled back.
He put a bandage on his arm and then gave Toby a lolipop too. With a grin to the whole family he stepped back. "Well all done, all done. Hope to see you guys again, again." Ronchas bid, grabing the syringes and heading out the door.

Reaching over she petted at her brother just in case he was feeling upset and then attention was turned to the subject of candy. "Lolpops for us." Giving a smile and promptly trying to open hers. Plastic still always won.
He took a moment to unwrap both toddlers lollipops before handing them back and then shook his head with a sigh. "Okay, he's weird." Which he chuckled at because it sounded so unprofessional. Reaching to his son again he ruffled his hair in that male bonding way before picking the child up and getting up himself. "Well...at least that occured with no incidents."
