And I was going to make a point of that. I tend to get along better with animals. Plus, animals typically have to rely on people for food.

Other animals didn't use to rely on humans for food. ... We actually relied on them in the beginning to know what plants are edible and such, seeing as they are born with instincts and us ignorant humans are not. Animals only rely on us more now, because we took over, basically, and you can't survive in a destroyed world run by lame humans if you are not a lame human yourself.
