I am getting better guys. I can't stay - I just thought since I have two minutes, that I would drop in and give everyone an update on what's going on.
You all know that I was sick as a dog. Well, I am almost all better now. Still a lingering cough, but the temp. is low grade and I don't feel like I'm going to die at any minute, anymore. So that's good!
But I had to take my daughter to the emergency room, this morning.
She was fine when she woke up yesterday morning. She coughed a few times during the afternoon, but that was it. Then around nine o'clock last night, she was suddenly extremely ill and had a high temp. We wanted to bring her to the doctor today, but couldn't wait until the offices opened. It hit her really, really fast. Had to go in a** early this morning, to the emergency room and have them look at her.
It turns out that she has not only the flu - but that she has pneumonia in both of her lungs.
This is not a fun time in our lives right now.
Both of my parents are sick. My husband is sick. His father and his brother are sick. I am getting over being sick, and now my little angel is very, very, very ill.
On the upside - we "caught it early" - meaning that she only had to have one painful shot at the doc's - and is taking oral anti-biotics for a week. Then she should be just fine. Thank the gods.

And watch out for strep-throat!!! It is being passed around rapidly here in Ga, along with the flu and walking pneumonia! If someone is coughing - do NOT breathe next to them! Just sayin'...

I hope everyone gets well soon danielle... over at this side of the world, my family has the flu too except for my mom (thank god!) i've been taking anti-biotics for the very first time and i think it's effective, slowly i'm recovering. my sister (pregnant with twins) isn't taking anything and my nephew who is 3 has the sniffles and coughing. my dad, brother and other sister has the sniffles too...

i'm still here i might not be able to get on as often but i'm here watching and making sure nothing bad happens. but love you all and thanks for sticking around,and once i can get my own computer there will be some more games to play on here ^^ ~maughan2
