Reijin blushed at the thought, but took it the right way, nodding.
"Of course... no problem. Well, come on then... it's getting late."
He slid open the door to his room, and waited for Shizuku to come in. When she entered, he shut the door, and made up his bed quickly. His room was always a little messy. Sliding in, he lifted open the covers for her.
So much has happened today... I feel bad for Shizuku... Reijin thought. Still... I feel like we've become so close... I... I don't know what I feel...what is this?

"Thanks a lot...you don't know how much I'm so thankful..." Shizuku smiled, as she climbed in the bed, laying next to him.
She moved close, and rested her head on his chest, quietly listening to the beating of his heart."Reijin-kun...you'll be a very strong ninja one day..." She smiled, closing her eyes, and listening to his quiet and paced breathing.

"And you'll be the one who gets me there," He said softly. "You'll be right there next to me."
He put his arm around her, tilting his head to hers, and closed his eyes, drifting into slumber.

"I will..." She whispered, sleeping. The stillness of the night kept her at peace.
For once, a happy dream filled her head, the bad dreams she had seen seemed to disappear from her, as she smiled in her sleep.
"Reijin-kun...I...I...lov..." She stammered quietly in her sleep, her voice trailing off as she went deeper into her dream.

Reijin awoke the following morning to a beautifully clear sky, and a calm breeze flowing through the window that brought the small of the ocean with it. He could not remember a time when he felt as good as he did on that morning. He tilted his head, smiling warmly at the peacefully slumbering Shizuku, who was still resting up against his chest. He knew then why he felt so happy.
Carefully moving out of bed without disturbing Shizuku, he made his way into the kitchen, pulling out a carton of eggs and beginning to scramble them in a pan on the stove.

Shizuku stirred, and sat up from the bed, opening her eyes. Her vision cleared, and she examined the room for a short moment. Rubbing some sleep from her eyes, she slowly got up from the bed, and gained her footing.
The scent of scrammbled eggs made her stomach groan some, and she went out of the Reijin's room, and into the kitchen.
"Morning....Reijin-kun." She yawned, looking at him as he cooked.

Reijin turned, smiling at Shizuku as she looked back and forth between him and what he was cooking.
"Morning Shizuku-chan... you're just in time, breakfast is ready."
He divided the eggs between two plates, and seasoned both, before sliding one down the counter towards Shizuku.

"Thank you, Reijin-kun. You are the best!" Shizuku smiled, and grabbed the plate, posistioning in front of her.
She began to eat, and ate quickly gobbling down her food. "That was so good...you are an awesome cook!" She gave Reijin a thumbs up.

Reijin laughed as he finished up his meal.
"Shizuku-chan, I only cooked eggs," He said wryly.
He stood up, taking their empty plates and cleaning them in the sink, putting them away neatly in the cabinet.
"We have a long day ahead of us, so let's get ready, shall we? There's plenty of hot water if you want to wash up..."
He drew a kunai from a pouch on the counter, and twirled it.

"Sure! A nice and warm shower...."Shizuku replied.
She grabbed a washcloth, and headed into the bathroom. Removing her clothing, she turned the shower on, and stepped in.
"Oh no..I forgot my towel..again..." She cursed, finishing up soaping herself, and rinsing it off. She stepped out, and looked around.
"Please...please don't be near the door..." She crossed her fingers, and put her ear to the door, listening for Reijin.

((Oh come on... he's not a pervert lol. However, I can't pass up an opportunity to embarass the both of them...))
Reijin was currently situated in the living room, doing situps on the carpet, breathing heavily. His shirt was removed, and he was sweating heavily. Standing up, he walked over to the kitchen, and poured himself some water. Turning back, he started to make his way back towards the living room, looking for a second down the hallway, noticing that the water had stopped.
"Wha... what are you doing?"
He turned bright red, dropped his glass, and covered his eyes, turning away quickly, all at the sight of a clothless Shizuku standing halfway out of the bathroom door.

((I know...heheha...I just wanted...some fun...))
Shizuku froze, and her face felt like it was on fire. "Uh...uh...uh...." She stuttered, looking at him.
She quickly ran out of the bathroom, and went into her room, and slammed the door.
"That was...so bad...I...I..can't forgive myself..." She cried, feeling tears come to her eyes as she put her new outfit on.

Reijin felt strangely bewildered, like he had somehow done something wrong right there. Still bright, he turned back to the living room, where he began to do pushups slowly, touching the ground with his chest with each dip.
"Was it something I said?" He said to himself, pondering as he panted and pushed.

Shizuku quietly thought, "Well...I'll just make up for it..some way or another..." The blush faded from her face.
Opening the door, she came out, and looked at Reijin, who was doing his exercises. "He's so...cute when he works out..." She whispered, thinking aloud.

Reijin stood up slowly, pushing the hair from his face as he stretched his back and arms, groaning. Noticing Shizuku standing in the doorway, he blushed slightly, feeling awkward, but luckily he was already red from exercising so it didn't show.
"S-so.. uh... you ready to go? I just need to change out of these clothes... but I... I mean... I'll do it in my room."
He scratched the back of his head, an obvious sign of nervousness. He felt awkward making eye contact at that moment.
