Assuming she was 10 in 2000 (her estimated age) she's only 20 days younger than I am. So she should be 17. Though I will say that I know a few girls my age who have next to no figure (myself... not included) so she's not entirely unbelievable.

Yeah, acording to the news on fans.gorillaz.com Noodle turned 17 on October 31.
I've got another friend who's birthday is on Halloween, but she's nothing like Noodle. Nothing.

My astrology loving friend - she was born in the same MONTH as me, and only just missed being in the same starsign. We're both metal horses, apparently.
... not that I believe a word of that. ninja
Also, Ruki, she's Japanese. Sure in animes those girls bounce, but have you seen the amount of chest on most Japanese girls? Nada. Zilch. Zippo. Well, that's a bit of an overstatement, but they do tend to be rather flat.
