Lore fidgeted. "No." she said. "Well, I learned a bit with Thorn, and I think I could pick the rest up quickly. Working with metal is fun and not too hard."

"Always better to do something you enjoy." He replied after placing a few feathers. "You will do well, that is for sure. Don't let any Sentinel stand in your way, because you will serve our community well, that's for sure."
OOC: Oh, Lore is beautiful!

"Good advice!" Lore nodded seriously and then suddenly grinned. "I better be off then. Graduation is coming up and I don't want to be late." With a leap Lore took off. Calling back she yelled, "Thanks for the help! See you later, Odd!"
((Heh, thanks! ^^ Slander and Jaeger did a great job!))

"Take care, dear!" He called after her, then turned about, bustling about the thick branches of his oak.
OOC: Indeed, they did! I can hardly wait to see how Fjord and Feather turn out.

"Hm, hm, hm? Gonna out soon, go yes?" Moth landed beside the snowy white sentinel, who was busy roosting. He parted a single pale eye to look at his faithful seeing eye chirop. So far into deep woods, he didn't need her eys too terribly much. It was when it came down to fine details that she was vital.
"Out? Why out? I am quite comfortable here. Besides, who would want a hermit invading their space, eh? We went to the Longest Night and squished in with all of the others, was that not enough for you?" He clacked his beak quietly and tilted his head away from her.
"Not 'nuff f' you. Need more. Get friend, or summin." The chirop scolded and landed on his head, which he abruptly shook. "Fine... We'll go out somewhere, though where exactly, I have no idea."

Time passed quickly and quietly for the strange aberrant. Rarely did he have visitors. Rare, still, was it for those visitors to be patients.
The snowy, pink eyed sentinel spent his nights brooding over his plants and talking with his ever faithful seeing-eye chirop, Moth.
Long since Lore had last come to visit Odd, he had decided to change his occupation. He went from being a medic to being a keeper. Not that it bothered him. He enjoyed looking after his charges much more than he did trying to get patients to come his way. He had aquired two new chirops since then. Both were smart. They and their offspring would make marvelous messangers. So far, the pair, Beetle and Worm, had mated and produced their first few whelps.
