nEOROTIC_nARCOTik {( Leaving Glasgow;; Scotland )}
"That's it, sweetheart, give us a kiss." The man leered at the tiny Scotswoman suggestively and waggled his eyebrows. Kalasin raised her own in response, then gave a slow, seductive smile. Obviously, the shadows outside the building obscured the man's view of her face, or he wouldn't be any where near her.
"Give you a kiss, then, is it?" She replied lightly, ambling closer. "And that's all you'd be wanting?" The red-head asked mildy, tucking her hands into her pockets; it was one of the few times a person could tell what she was while she was in the garb of a boy. She rested her back against the wall in a relaxed pose. The man grinned in response, and, clearly not 1oo% sober, leaned closer, placing his arm over her head and leaned down.
"Aye, ye've got me there. I be wanting just a wee bit more than a kiss from ye, my bonnie lassie." He leered again and chuckled.
She smiled impishly and batted her eyelashes before raising her knee to rack him. Hard. The small girl elbowed the man in the stomach and darted out from under his arm. Kalasin smiled in satisfaction when the man who had been hitting on her grunted in pain and grabbed his unmentionable, going down like a sack of potatoes. "So you see, I dinnae want your company, either here or in the bedroom," She continued on conversationally, as if no violence had taken place. "So you'd best take yourself off now, aye? Take care now," She finished and strolled off to gather her things so she could leave. She'd had enough of the air here and wanted to be on her way again. *** A laugh was heard by Kalasin as she stepped out of the alley, the sound coming from a man leaning at a wall near the opening the girl just walked out of. He then clapped as Kalasin looked at him with curious eyes, the man outlandishly clad in bright beige and white attire, a sign that he was of the Paladin order. On his back was a huge item, most likely a sword judging from the handle poking out of the bundle of cloth that covered the whole thing. "You got a mighty arm there lil lady!", the voice obviously not Scottish, most likely Slavic. He then bent down upon his waist, bowing to the young Kalisin as a knight would do to a princess or a lady of a higher status, introducing himself afterwards as he straigtened himself up, "My name is Raul Sverige of the Holy Trinity Order...may I ask why a lovely lady such as yourself would be walking around alone at this time of the night in Scotland?"

Tonas On the ferry from Glasgow to the mainland, Warren sat in his chair, looking up at the star-filled sky. The water beneath the boat parted before it as it passed, making a serene splashing as the ship moved steadily across the channel.
Warren sighed, pulled out a cigar from his coat, lit it and thought to himself.
Paris... Had to be damned Paris...
The city itself was a constant reminder of his past. Despite his upbringing in what remained of Southern Neo-America, he had spent ten years in France, living and working honestly, before he became an agent of Neo America. It was where he had lived his former life. It was where he at one point had a family. It was a different time then.
No, it was a different world.
With another puff of his cigar, inhaling deeply the rich tobacco, he continued to stare into the starry zenith. He'd arrive in Paris in one day's time. Whitefield would have to be found quickly to avoid having to deal with ghosts from his past... *** "Hallo!", a tiny voice said, childlike in tone and filled with genuine glee and cheerfulness. Darting quickly to Warren's side, a girl, no more than 4 feet in height looked out into the sparkling water, the surface illuminated perfectly by the bright moon hanging above the starless sky.
"It's beeyootiful! Dooo you like it mistah?", the child called out to Warren, looking at him, no beaming at him with utmost happiness, a beautiful grin on the child's doll-like face. Seeing the seriousness and the apathetic attitude of Warren, the girl immediately pouted, "You don't talk to strangers do you?", then with her brightest smile, she stuck out her hand, "My name is Maya! Whass yours mistah?", the girl's accent thicker when she tried to sound her most friendly.

Warren's face remained stony and unremarkable. Something about this child made him angry. Not because of her accent, or the effort she put into greeting him, but how she appeared.
And here I thought I'd have ta wait 'till Paris to deal with ghosts from the past...
His gaze drifted to the young girl who was still cordially extending her hand with an over exaggerated grin.
"Beat it kid. I'm not in any kinda mood ta deal with runts like you right now," he grumbled with a dismissive wave of his hand as he turned his sight back to the sky, replacing the cigar in his mouth and taking another huff.
Figures...

Figures... *** She pouted, dropping her hand immediately. Then she started glaring at Warren, her gray eyes squinted as she awkwardly gave Warren a mean look. "Meanie! I was jus' tryin' to be you's friend mistah!"
"I'm gonna go tell Romee you was mean to meeee!", followed by a tongue stuck out, the girl ran back into the cabin, leaving Warren alone to his thoughts once more.

Sly cocked her head at the unorthodox man who couldnt' seem to stop staring at her. One eyebrow lifted behind her mask, she merely shrugged. "I could ask the same thing--why were you following me?" she sharply countered, her tone carrying a hint of a bite.
She didn't mind the man questioning her, but the way he was staring was a little unnerving.

*** "Oh ummm...", knowing he was caught staring, Raphael gulped in embarassment, only to resume his normally fiery attitude, "Well thief I have a question to ask you...would you happen to know about the Black Knight?"

{Entering Glasgow, Scotland}
Having wandered into yet another city, Tai rounded a corner to find, conveniently, two people conversing in the street. Actually there were three, counting the one that lie in a heap on the ground, and they were more of on the side-walk than anything. One of them appeared to be part of some sort of paladin order, the other was a girl. With a sadistic grin on his face, the armoured figure approached the man who had the large sword, drawing upon his own as his chilling, inhuman stare focused on the person. It was not hard to hear him coming, however, as he was afterall, armored, clad in black steel.

It was not hard to hear him coming, however, as he was afterall, armored, clad in black steel.*** Glancing quickly to the side, Raul immediately blocked Kalasin from the oncoming intruder's path, his eyes widening immediately as he sees the man's sadistic stare while he waved his massive weapon aimlessly, as if to hew down anything that comes against his path towards the two.
"YOU! FIEND! STATE YOUR BUSINESS OR I SHALL HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO BANISH YOU FROM THE DEPTHS OF HELL THAT YOU CAME FROM!", Raul barked out, his own hands unravelling his own gigantic weapon, 'Dusk' in case he would have to protect himself from the oncoming brute...

Tai placed a finger to his lips, still grinning evilly. His bloodred eyes seemed to penetrate all that they set upon, staring aimlessly into Raul's own.
"Shhh..." he hushed, "Not supposed to tell anyone."
With that said, he lunged forward, bringing his sword, Meiringan (which means "Dark-Wheel-Eye") downward in a wide arc.

With that said, he lunged forward, bringing his sword, Meiringan (which means "Dark-Wheel-Eye") downward in a wide arc. Blocking it with his own weapon, using the broad side of the sword to shield him and Kalasin from the sudden attack, Raul was left grunting and wide-eyed at the sheer strength of his opponent, his eyes staring at the fiend with awe and shock.
Dear God he's strong! Where is Astal when I need HIM?!?!
Knowing he can't take on the monster in front of him while he is trying to protect the girl behind him, Raul turned his head to the side as he continued to fend off the onslaught of attacks the fiend is delivering, "RUN KID!", was all he shouted at the girl, grunting once again as another blow shook his frame.

((I suppose now would be as good a time as any to use the dice?))
Grinning at the effect his power had on Raul, who was supposedly weilding the sword used by an Archangel, Tai began to laugh menacingly as he continued to deliver blows, which he aimed purposely at the large sword. He was testing to see just how well a paladin and his "legendary" weapon held out against the unrelenting attacks of the being known as the "Slayer of Man".
"Is this all that you have to offer, paladin?" Tai inquired, grinning still.

This was a pleasant surprise for Tai, as nobody yet had provided much of a challenge. Catching himself before he fell to the ground, he turned, swinging Meiringan once more. This movement, though, was not for offense, so much as defense, for Raul had finally made a strike of his own. However, unfortunately for the paladin, the blow wasn't well timed, and hadn't been given the neccessary amount of force to break Tai's gaurd, being stopped as he brought up his own blade.
Placing a hand on the broad part of the opposing weapon, Tai pushed it aside, giving room for his own strike, which, whether it hit or not, was aimed for the man's mid-section.
"Now things get interesting!" he exclaimed, beggining to laugh once more.

He's quite fast for a big fiend, I have to be careful!
It was what Raul thought before he twisted Dusk's hilt, the blade turning to the side as he tried to take a horizontal one-handed swipe at Tai's torso...

Pulling his blade back to him, Tai parried the incoming blow from Raul, using one hand to do so. It was odd that the weilder of 'Dusk' was having this much trouble in offering a decent challenge.
Perhaps he is just like the other humans...
This was the thought running through Tai's head as he thrust 'Meiringan' forward, sending Raul and his sword back to where they were previously standing. This gave him enough room and time to swing once more, again striking at his opponent's chest. It was a diagonal swing, which would be difficult, he supposed, for the apparently weakening paladin to counter.
