UrbanAssualt This Year we played theme from Cars- played life is a highway, our town, real gone/born to be wild it was fun Does any one know how/what a 24th note is..... its for a tryout 24th note? Um, what? I've heard of sixteenth notes, I've heard of thirty-second notes.... But I guess a 24th note would be one-third the length of an eighth note?

We're playing a few Rent songs for our Spring Concert.
Our band is, like, the only one that's never played Pirates of the Caribbean. Dx

We've played stuff from "The Chronicles of Narnia" and we're working on highlights from "King Kong". We have a book with movie favourites, but we only used it as warm-up stuff since it's insanely easy. For Christmas we played a medley of stuff from "Nightmare Before Christmas", "Home Alone", and "Polar Express".

We've played Pirates of the Caribbean, Star Wars, Nightmare Before Christmas, Pink Panther, Batman theme, and then we were going to play the Halo theme but the class couldn't get a grip so the band director decieded not to play it....it sucked.
((Yes I know Halo is not a movie, but it would've been awesome if we could've played it.))
