hrmmm depends, i'm pretty suire everyone here knows that magazines don't dictate fashion sense, lolita sure as hades doesn't appear in many magazines except the grand select <3 i like the idea of re-vamping converse, that sure would be more comfortable than my usual platforms O_O or sky-high-heeled dolls shoes, i could see myself sewing on eyelet lace to a baby blue pair of converse, hrmm you might find this in the lolita projects area sometime ^_~ and surely if anyone is going to say there is such a thing as "punk lolita" converse are in for that.

Well........They are supposed to be "Mary Jane" like shoes. And personally i HATE the shoes most of the brands sell. Now i think if your going for casual, punk or gothic lolita wearing converse fit perfectly( i wear my knee high converse all the time) just don't wear faded, sole falling off, gross sneakers. Now if your dressing elegant or sweet lolita sneakers don't really fit the guideline, but i bet if you wear a bright pink pair of chucks or even flats with a bright pink dress it would look great. but that's just my opinion.
Remember It doesn't matter if its right or wrong, all that matters is that you like it and you think you look good.
