As far as moves go, i belive orochi has more than itachi, but when it comes skill strength itachi has orochi cornered. Itachi would win in a quick close quarters fight, but he might not win if the battle ended up being drawn out and a long distance fight 3nodding .

Sweet Anatta Orochimaru said it himself. Itachi has become way too powerful. Orochimaru is scared of Itachi. lol yep. Itachi would definitly win, I think Orochimaru is scared of him. Otherwise Orochimaru would've used Itachi as his next body. Besides Itahci rocks!
