She gave his muzzle a push with her paw, snorting. There was hardly any painful force in the move, but she did give him an odd look. She hated all that cuddly crap, but coming from him it seemed especially weird, almost bothersome in the confusing way it made her feel, torn.
Luckily Zeki stole her attention away, and without more thought she quirked a brow and looked at him again.
"What?"
Elly frowned, looking over her shoulder, down to where his eyes had fallen.
"Oh... whatever. That happens sometimes. It's not like you broke them or something." She shrugged off, moving to have a seat under the shade of one of the sparse trees dotting the gorge, the only one in sight from there actually. "

Zeki only smiled and snapped his jaws at her paw for the push when he reluctantly pulled away from her. He liked the "cuddly crap" but that was how he was. To each, their own. He saw Elly as a friend, just as he did with anyone really.
As the Goddess of Tornadoes moved to the shade, he glanced at her a few times before reaching down and plucking up the feathers then quickly scurrying over to her.
" 'o 'ou 'ost 'eathers 'll 'eh 'ime?" he asked around the feathers. Placing them down he repeated the question more clearly 'So you lost feathers all the time?'. There were somethings about Goddesses that he had no idea about and at times, he wished he knew more about them so he doesn't look like a complete idiot by asking them about it.
Then again, what mortals knows all about them?
"That was a good fight."

"Not all the time, but once in a while. They are wings after all." She shrugged. "They molt like the birds do. You can have em' if you want, I don't really care." She replied, lifting a paw to groom, only because the dirt was covering her tattoos, which were a part of her pride and joy. She paused in between laps to snort. "Next time I'll kick your butt."

He purred down at the two feathers under his paw. Another to add to his collection, but this was the only one that he had actually saw as a close friend and even more the only one that gave more than one. Not really that it mattered.
"Wings are the same if they have feathers I guess. And thank you, Elly, I'll consider them a blessing or something. Or a trophy for beating you because I doubt I will beat you again when you decide to use your powers, right?"
