Nod is more like Rebel Freedom Fighters fighting an opressive power that has turned its back on everyone and everything outside those blue Zones while not entirely agreeable in his methods Kane is actualy trying to find a benificail way to use tiberium where as GDi just wants to destroy it to maintain there image of self serving protectors of Society which they are Not
