(alright dude, we can do this, I just may not give it my all.)
The crowd roars at Diego's insults towards Nick, as Nick just shrugs them off. He nods his head thinking about it.
"Alright dude, if you want a match..."
He reaches up and pulls off his shirt throwing it into the front row, and rolls into the ring.
"... You got it."
Nick drops the mic, and motions for a collar and elbow lock up.

Diego smirked, tossing the mic out of the ring as Nick finally agreed to get back in the ring. Diego had backed off, standing at the other end of the ring to ensure Nick a safe entry into the ring. Once his opponent was in the ring, Diego walked towards him, going to accept the tie up. However, as soon as it was locked in, Diego would attempt a quick belly to suplex by swiftly sliding his arms down from Nick's arms to around his lower back. If the move connected, Diego would then immediatly go for a side headlock, going to put pressure on the neck that had been weakened by the quick DKO earlier.

Nick is caught off guard by the sudden inversion of elevation, he finds himself laying on his back, arching it instantly still in pain from the three stages. He suddenly feels the right arm slip around his head, and lock in. He takes one second for a deep breath, and then attempts to get to the ropes.

Diego cranked backwards on Nick's neck, trying to prevent him from reaching the ropes, not realising he had thrown his opponent so close to the ropes with the suplex. His efforts were futile though, for Nick grabbed the bottom rope, making the ref force Diego to break the hold. Letting go of the head lock after a simple one count out of five, Diego stood, before going for a quick snap kick to Nick's rib cage. Diego would then attempt to pick Way up and hit a quick snap suplex, and once again go back to work with a side headlock.

Nick slowly pulls himself up and gets caught in the side with a kick, it knocks him back down to a knee, and when Diego hooks for the suplex tries blocking the move, but after a couple unsuccessful attempts he is powered back once again arching his back, and getting his jaw hooked. Nick lays there in pain, tapping his foot trying to get the crowd behind him.

Diego leaned his body back while tightening the grip of the head lock. In doing so, he greatened the pressure on Nick's neck, while also putting pressure on the lower back. He doubted that Way would submit to such a low grade submission hold, but this would create muscle kinks that would help Diego win the match later on.

Nick let out a feral scream, and the crowd let loose with it. Their feet were in rhythm with his own, they didn't want to see him tap, and he knew he wouldn't. He slowly brought his hands up to Diego's arms, hoping to loosen the pressure. If he could remove Diego's grasp he would try for a Crowbar style arm bar, to put Diego in pain instead.

Diego's hands were pried apart and the former champ began to groan in pain as he was put in an arm bar. Looking around and seeing that his right foot was near the ropes, Diego reached for the blue nylon, trying to hook his foot around it to make Nick break the hold.

Nick hesitated to break the hold or not, and after the ref got to "Three" he broke it getting up to his feet motioning for Diego to get back up to his feet.

Diego played possum while getting up, trying to lure Nick into coming towards him so that he could do a fireman's carry take down and go back into a head lock. If Nick didn't come over, Diego would stand up all the way, and rotate his shoulder to get the stiffness out of it.

When Diego was at a full upright position and started to work out the kinks Nick made his move. He went for a shot to Diego's gut.

Nick goes for a front face lock into a quick spike DDT to Diego stiff against the mat.

[[ I'm sorry man, exams suck! I've been a hermit in my room since Friday ]]
Diego went low when the shot to the gut was applied, but thought quickly as he saw Nick's open mid section. Diego lunged forwards, going to hit Nick with a spear. If this connected, he would go for mounted punches to try and get some momentum back.

Nick is caught off guard, and is quickly taken down to the mat with a thud. He covers up quickly, as the ref motions for Diego to get off, you know with punches being illegal and whatnot.

"BIG TIMER BABY! WHAT!?" Diego yelled as he leaped off of Nick, getting reved up to finish this match. Turning over towards Nick, Diego croached down, waiting for him to get up. Once he did, Diego would sprint at Nick and go for a big shoulder block take down, before picking Nick up and attempting to hit a military press drop.
