Okay, there was one good thing in Aziza's attempt, it did make Chokuto pause for second, surprised, but the seconds of peace were short lives, and her roar simply inclined him to scream louder.
"LALALA, CAT GOT YOUR TONGUE? I SEE YER MOUTH FLAPPIN' BUT I CAN'T HEAR YER YAPPIN'! " He shouted, still covering his ears with a paw, stubbornly shouting his little heart out, though his throat was slowly getting try. "HAD ENOUGH YET I'M NOT STOPPING TILL YOU APOLOGIZE FOR BEING A LIAR AND SAYING YOU'RE BETTER LALALALALALALA! " Okay, he maybe shouldn't be such a brat, but heey, he was a juve on the edge! Kinda.

"Oh, just you can it already!" Aziza shouted in sheer frustration. It was annoying enough that it made her want to high-tail it, but then he'd be the winner, and she wasn't about to have that! She'd have to fix it so that she made her escape after she managed to shut him up, however briefly.
Desperate for a plausible method, she settled on being a bully. The adolescent drew back, and with a mighty swing of her paw (claws sheathed, of course), swiped at the brat with the intention of knocking him into next week and stunning him into silence.

It hadn't entirely been unexpected, in the back of his mind, Chokuto had considered maaaybe he might get a nice slap from her, but even then, it didn't help much on the spot, except that he managed to tense his shoulder and brace just a little bit before getting hit, at which point her got thrown to the side and flopped on the floor, clearly not pleased by it-- but Chokuto knew better than to fight this girl. She was a girl, but she was still bigger than him. So-- commence screamathon once more!
"OOH I AM BIG TUOUGH LION WHO SLAPS THE LITTLER KIDS, I'm SOO BRAVE. " He grinned cheekily, this mostly a sort of 'friendly' tease compared to his previous screaming, which was soon resumed, only this time he made note to walk around a bit, as to avoid any other slaps, though it was clear he didn't plan on shutting up, or run away.
And damn was his cheek stinging now! Stupid girl!

"Haha!" Aziza burst into wild, ecstatic laughter. She'd just as good as won, in her opinion! She didn't rub it in until the very last moment, though, as she turned on her heel and sped away, calling back and twisting his words "You admitted it, you stupid kid! I'm tougher than you!"
"And you remember it, too! Ziza's the toughest lion ever!"

Well, she had caught him there. For a moment it did take Chokuto a moment to register, and a comeback, but if he screamed loud enough, she might just hear it! "I'LL REMEMBER IT. I'LL REMEMBER ZIZA'S SO DUMB, SHE DOESN'T GET SARCASM! " He shouted, cupping his paws next to his maw to make the sound louder, before grinning slightly. Aziza had claimed a win, and so was he right now, or at least in his mid. So.. maybe it was a draw.
But ooh, next time--! He'd get bigger so she couldn't slap him like that again, ooooh yes! Rubbing his paws together once, Chokuto grinned maliciously, plotting his evil plan of revenge, in case he met this girl again, then snorting in the direction she left, moved towards the watering hole. Damn, he was parched!
