Someone who's really good at photoshop could probably edit out he braces without much of a problem. I bet they just didn't want to do any extra work without making you pay for it.

I always look like an idiot on purpose for my school photos, get embarressed when they come out the next year, say, 'I"m not doing that again,' and do.xD

^_^ I wonder if I can get a job doing that for a photo company!

I was never allowed to look like an idiot. *Gonk* One time, I kept making faces really quickly at the camera as they took the picture then going back and looking all cute, and the photographer got sick of it and was like "Look, someone contacted me and said 'Don't let her look stupid!', and you're making it really hard." ... I don't know who it was. I think it was my grandmother. <_< Damn herrrrr! *Gonk* Ruining my fun. O<

In today's superficial society, image is what makes a person loved.

And there's this "Fat America" thing. Lots of reports that American people keep getting fatter and fatter. Makes me feel bad. They say that the overweight people just eat junk food and that they have no self control and that they're doomed to have all kinds of weight related illnesses. This whole, fat lazyass image has been embedded into the minds of a lot of people because of media. So when people see me, I feel like that's the first thing they are thinking. "Oh, that KSTU must always eat ho-hos and ding dongs ON PIZZA! domokun " Not to mention that there's ads on TV saying that people say smoking is a terrible habit that kills, but no one says anything about being fat, because that kills too. They're compairing being fat to smoking. Apperently, they are both self inflicted pain.

Although, smoking kills people on both ends, being fat doesn't. Unless you sit on someone...

It kinda makes me feel bad when she puts that on the paper for photos. When I stress a lot I break out, along with a bunch of other things, but mainly stress.
Pictures always stress me out.

crying I'm starting to recall many not so happy memories now . . . I think I'll stop and drown myself in the silly humor of the SUTF. You guys always make me feel better. The SUTF is always the first place I come to on Gaia. ^_^

Oh, KSTU, don't feel bad! You're such a sweet person and that's what really matters. I haven't seen you in person (only that small shot of you from OD), but from that I could tell you are pretty. It's fickle people who say mean things. Usually those people end up having karma bite their asses.

And everyone has acne problems. I was all broken out for my senior portraits and we had to get them edited. Everyone gets their senior pictures edited for acne, though- even if they don't have any. It's like a law or something... Gotta make pretty, pretty.

I use this stuff called Erythromycin and it does wonders for my skin. It's the only stuff that works. It might work for you, too. It's prescription only, though, because it's strong.

And the braces editing... They said they'd have to take a close up shot of my teeth so they could get the right tones. It was complicated. I can understand why it would be. This is one of the most recent photos of me (June):

Why the editing? Because I hate my braces - very much so. I'll have them off probably in December. Fricken orthodontics keep pushing back the date... they were supposed to be off this month! mad

I didn't know you had braces because you're grinning in all your pictures. They suck, don't they? You're lucky to be able to have them earlier than I did... I kinda wish I didn't wait so long. Are you wearing rubber bands yet? Those things are pure evil.

Braces, braces. My parents want me to get braces now. I was bugging them to get me braces years before, so I can get it over with, but they wait till NOW to ask about them. X_X

I've heard many stories of tightening braces, and the rubber bands, and having to use wax to avoid cuts, and all kinds of stuff. Once a friend of mine had some work done, so her whole mouth was numbed. She drooled once in a while without knowing. gonk
