blaugh On this day we have this special bread called "Rosca de Reyes" or Kings cake! of cake associated with the festival of Epiphany in the Christmas season in a number of countries, and in other places with Carnival. (This is also given a lot in America on Mardi Gras or Fat Tuesday)
In Mexico, and maybe elsewhere, there is a plastic baby Jesus hidden inside the cake to represent the Nativity, and whoever gets the baby Jesus gets the privilege to host a party on February 2nd (they must buy tamales traditionally), which is the Fiesta de la Calendaria or Presentation of Jesus at the Temple.
