November 11
I have finally met someone I can truly call a friend. Proteus. Riddle knew him as a feather, and I'm glad I actually met him. I think I can call Aela a friend...but I'm not sure. She spent a lot of her time with Liberty. We talked a little about our powers, before Riddle called us, saying it was time to go. I didn't want to go, but it was time for him to train us. He actually gave me a weapon yesterday, a boomerang, blue in color, with a couple of holes in it. He also gave me a small, corked jar of water and told me to keep it handy, pointing to the strap on it. Then he told Ryo and I to meditate, but Natu was told to go and work with his Staff, a few meters away. It was strangely quiet, besides the swishing from Natu's staff.

Yes! I finally grew! No more being too small! Now...I've ditched this weak boomerang and Riddle gave me a bow. A Longbow, useful to shoot things at a distance. He said he had a few guns, but he doesn't really trust me with them. Probably because he thinks I'll run off and shoot Natu or Ryo with them. He barely trusts me with the bow, only because he think I'll shoot them anyway.
Ryo came home acting pretty wierd today. He went right upstairs and shut the door behind him, and hasn't come out yet. Is he feeling alright?

Shona didn't grow...and I don't think Riddle was happy that she didn't.
Anyway, Riddle showed us (us meaning every living, moving thing under the roof of the house) a series of movies called "Star Wars." They're great movies, I loved the battles of the space ships, and the large explosions. But the Jedi fights were sweet...Ryo disappeared again, during the day, probably to see Liberty, but he came back in time for the last movie.

Shona hath evolved! And Riddle taught us a game called Snow Wars, were people build forts, then battle in the snow to gain control of the area! And I am the holder of the back yard! Hah, let's see Ryo beat that. Anyway, Shona is a nice girl, strange, and seems attracted to other Hououzas, like a magnet. I don't know why, but her feet are black too.

Thanksgiving was nice. It was fairly cool up here, but below us it was snowing. I don't think Ryo or Shona noticed this though. But the buildings here are self heated, and there's always sun. There are little clouds above us, so it's rare when it snows or rains. Thanksgiving was nice. Riddle cooked the turkey really good. And Grandfather and Grandmother made the rest. It was really, really good. I swear I had gained a few pounds by the end of it. I ate a little everything, then went back for more! But hey, flying is good exercise, and Riddle lightened our training, but that didn't stop us from training at all. Shona chose a whip as her weapon, and thank God she knows control. But it's good to be back, I missed playing Star Wars Battlefront II on Riddle's computer.

I guess I've just been really neglectful, but with the holidays and all...well, we tend to get a little busy. I still don't understand them fully, but I get the concept. Anyway, I went back to Arkage, where I decided to go visit the park. Surprisingly, another Hououza girl and her caretaker were there too, and by the sounds of it, her caretaker was a friend of Riddle's, Kitty, I think her name was. Anyway, I decided to keep this little girl, Autumn, company for a while. She didn't know too many words, but as we played together, she began picking up words that I said. Ryo was right, Hououzas are like sponges. By the time I left, she was almost saying full sentences. I...Riddle's coming, I must end the journal.

January 24?!
DANG! This has been needing updating...anyways, I've grown and am an adult now! Now I can watch Natu and Shona, and be able to do what I want. I can't wait to see Autumn again...I'll bet she's grown too...but what surprises me is that Shona hasn't...still a little child, yet having been the same for quite a few months...poor kid. She'll grow soon, I hope...but she's getting along fine, but also without friends...just like Ryo's daughter, Rika...oh well, back to training, these arrows don't shoot themselves.

I wonder how long it'll take me to get used to this new pen? It's very strange...anyway, Riddle has gotten another feather...soon, we shall see another girl dancing around the house, and hopefully by then, poor Shona will grow into a teen. But...with Zan's Death recently...Riddle doesn't seem the same. He's not...him, I guess, he just seems to shut himself in his room more often than not. I do hope he gets over this quickly...

I've gotten to see Autumn again...but...Riddle is probably having a horrible time right now...I feel sorry for him. He's so confused now that I can barely understand it. I try to push away the bad memories of my brother returning to a feather and Zan dieing, but he just tries to fix it, fix everything. He's stuck, with no way out, I can tell.

March 3
My Autumn...my lover Autumn...is an adult. She's beautiful...but just like herself. I'm happy...but Riddle seems to be worse. It's like a dark cloud has formed over his head and won't leave. He's been rather unorganized, totally lax, and seemingly disturbed. He's not himself, and I wish I could help...but...I really can't. Sometimes I wish there was a magic wand that I could wave and solve the world's problems, and a pair of steel gloves that I could lay down the lay with on those evil people...but let's face it...that dream is not going to become a reality.

March 31
All has become peaceful around the Clousia home. Nothing really seems to be going on. At all. I'm serious, it's like we've come to a calm on an ocean, and we're on a masted sloop. It's horrible, nothing's happening, and we're going about the daily grind.

Nothing much to report. Ryo's grown, and that's made Riddle happy. The kid is confused, but he seems to remember myself, Shona, and Natu. He doesn't know who Ashley is, but he is glad he has met her. Poor Ryo, so confused. Riddle made us all give Mother's Day Cards and flew us all up to his parents' house in Sky City. Ryo started remembering the place and Riddle's parents rather quickly. We enjoyed the day there.

Geez. One month. Not too shabby on the neglect. Guess we've all been busy.
The only thing I have to report is...well...Celas. The child with the stunning eyes has all of us wondering about her. She's a good psychic, I wonder what her path holds for her?
I also...miss Autumn dearly...

August 25
Wow...a long time. We went on a lot of trips. Nothing really to report. There's nothing going on. I'm so bored, I'm glad we went on those trips.
I really hope that everything returns to its normal order around here. It just seems...different.
