"I'm fine. Its an other habit." He smiled. "See when I was born my mom and dad looked oddly like wolves and well my mom and dad went on a hunt one day and left me in the grass to hide and two leggers found me." He nodded. "They put me in a cage with wolves they thought it would be funny. But it turns out the Wolves thought I was one of their own and took me in. I was a higher rank almost leader, I like respet and being treated like I am the leader. But then my home burned down and I never found my wolf family or real family again." He sighed and shook his head.
"So I have some 'Odd' habits, well that lions think are odd." He gave a smile. "Your turn." He said with a smirk.

She had been listening in content to his story, and on full alert paying utmost attention. Kione had been slightly shocked when he asked her for "her turn". "Mine? Oh, Klayton, can't you see that I'm nothing but "odd"? There's nothing normal about me!" She gave a slight huff, but figured that he wouldn't let it go
"Well...I was born to the Barafu Pride up in the mountains of the chilly regions. We were a small group, but we opened all with loving arms and we were close...one day we were attacked by a pride of lions I call the "Albino Plague". Most of the members are pure white with blue eyes. They have markings to identify gender and bands around them to identify name. I and some of my pride brothers and sisters barely survived. The Albino Plague still hunts us today. They want the world to be the same, no differences...no independent thought...one structure, one unit..." During this tale, Kione had to keep her feelings in check. She would shake every once in a while and her gaze had shifted to a far away look. She hadn't even noticed, but she had entered Lakota's mind showing him what had happened on that dreadful night of the attack.

Lakota was shocked with what he was hearing. "Things like are discusting and do not need to live, or they need a good attitude change. They are just plan full of themselves." He let out a small huff. "I have heard of some really odd pride and even mean ones but that takes the cake." Then he saw what happen and he froze. Then relaxed when it was done. "So Kione what kind of other things can you do." His gruff voice was still slightly surprized. "I mean shamen person wise."

"I can...mind talk, as you heard earlier. I can also show people what I have seen in my past...if someone is looking for say a relative or something, I can hunt for them...Sometimes I can tell the weather...I have some skills in the medicine to help fever and sickness....I'll get random visions mostly about events that are happening to someone, good, bad, and so on..." She trailed off a little. "I just can't see into my own future. I can see others, but never me. Even if it concerns me with the others, I still can't see it." She laughed gently. "I suppose I'm not much of a shaman..."

Lakota blinked and let out a small huff. "Just because you can't see your own future does not mean you are not a good Shamen. In fact I never heard of anyone who could do any of those things." He smiled and looked her in the eye. "Nice eyes. They are pretty." He pointed out. He never really noticed before that they were blue.

Kione blushed gently looking down. "Oh...umm thank you...I've never really been told that before." Her tail curled around her form gently as she looked over at him, her eyes meeting his. "You have interesting eyes...I like them..." Kione tried not to believe she had actually said that...too late now.

Lakota let out a smirk. "Thank you." He watched as the rain hit harded outside of the den. "It looks like we are going to be here for a while." He gave a small frown. "Anything you wish to talk about?" He asked calmly.

Kione stared over at the rain. "What was it like? Being in captivity, and being raised by wolves?" She then looked over at Lakota, before some of the cool air from outside rushed in the cave. Kione tried to move in toward it some, enjoying the coolness. "Oh, this land's climate is dreadfully warm...I'd go back to the mountains if I weren't so afraid..."

Lakota let out a slight laugh. "Not that different from lions. Though you do have to behave yourself. And wolves are fragile than Lions. But they act like more of a family then we do. They had diffrent customs and stuff. What about you? What was your old life like?" He asked moving a little closer to her, just slightly.

"I.." Kione trailed off at the question. "I don't really remember. After the attack, my mind blanked...I barely remembered myself..." Her tail flicked gently as she looked down. "But I think my pride was very close...we were all there for each other, you know? Close knit, almost like your wolf society. We were basically a family, and no one was a stranger." She looked back over into his eyes, her blue ones slightly glowing in the darkening cave, the outside light being blotted out by the rain.

Lakota thought for a moment staying quiet and listioning to what she was saying. "I'm sorry to hear that..." He shook his head. "I hope one day you are able to meet with your pride again."

"I hope so too, Lakota..." She sighed gently looking out the entrance of the cave, her tail flicking. "What about you?" Kione turned her head to look at him once more. "Wouldn't you like to be reunited with your family one day? Foster and biological alike?"

Lakota stared out for a moment. "I don't know. I kinda would not want the pain to follow me. Some reason I would be hurt if they found me. I just want to find that female that can take my heart then get my own family... Plus I don't think my orignal family wanted me much they never fought back for me." He sighed and shook his head. "It's getting late. You might want to stay here tonight and tomorrow morning we can help get you home." He let out a strong smile. "Even thought I would hate to let a beauty like you out of my sight..."

"Oh...I could never understand how you feel!" Kione exclaimed, looking over at him. "I am dreadfully sorry. It's a shame your family would give up on you, though..." I know I wouldn't. Some how, she had entered his mind again, unknowingly, and slipped out just the same. Kione looked back out the cave. "Yes, it is late...I best I should get home, though Rellick would get awfully worried. He treats all of his pride members like family." At the last comment, she blushed, not sure as to what to say.

"I really think you should stay." He nodded as he laided his head on his paws. "I will not let you travel this part of the land by yourself, at this time. Something tells me you are not close to home and trust me it is dangerous around here." He nodded and smirked again. "Don't be stuborn I will sit on you."
