myself.

why i hate having people flip through my stuff, its like a diary.
i remember where i was, who i was with, what i was doing and NOT doing so i
could draw it, why i drew it, everything. its so personal. photography is for others. im showing you the world.
art is for myself. im showing you how i see the world.

I agree completely. I usually don't like it when people go through my sketchbooks. A lot of what I draw can be very personal (And some inappropriate for others to see) and sometimes my sketchbook DOES become a diary and I write stuff in the "margins" to the side of my drawings.
