I've heard about the book. It sounds very interesting indeed. I keep meaning to watch the movie, too.

Gone Still ^ Sounds interesting. Sorry I'm very late. I guess I haven't been having an easy day. I've been reading the book Sybil though, anyone else read it? About the girl with multiple personality disorder? (Oh my, do I love those books about psychologically "messed up" girls.) Oooh! I must pick it up sometime.. What is the plot?

iheartschoolyardheroes I made a special cake for the occasion! -the cake is decorated with dozens of roses, leaves and vines made entirely of icing- Enjoy! Oooh! Tea!! -riffles through baqttered messanger bag... pulls out a rubber duck, a shoe, and a blanket before finding my favourite tea cup and a bendy straw. Then quickly looks around and puts the duck and shoe back in her bag.- oooh! saliene cakes, too! -fills up cup with tea and 2 sugars... then grabs a hand full of cakes, sits upside down in a wing-back chair and sips her tea and nibbles the cakes- ^_^ *Sees the decorated cake & makes a dive for it & nearly just misses hitting it, therefore destroying it. She looks around & sticks her finger in the frosting & licks it off.* Mmmmm. Wonderful cake!

Engwannuniel Well, since I'm working the next morning (at 7 o'clock - 100% overtime, though!), I'm going to have a nice and quiet evening at home with my mum and one of my friends. We're making a nice dinner, and my friend and I will probably be all nerdy and play FFXII all night. XD
Does anyone have anything exciting planned? I think I'm going to go out to dinner at a Japanese restaurant with my boyfriend. Then we'll probably spend the rest of the evening watching movies (and maybe drinking.) We ordered some absinthe online, but I don't think it will come in time, so we'll have to make do with something else.

iheartschoolyardheroes Gone Still ^ Sounds interesting. It's kind of confusing to explain, but I'll try to explain it best I can. It's about a girl with MPD, and who is finally seeing a psychologist. She has 16 different personalities. I won't go into detail about what it's like, because it's better for you read about it and find out. Through the doctor (and the multiple selves) she traces back through her past, particularly her childhood, to find the root of where it all began. Some parts of the book go back to her childhood, other parts show you what it's like to have the disorder (through her experiences) and then most of it shows therapy sessions. I'm still not finished with it yet, but it is an excellent book. I must warn you all though, if you are squeamish and get nightmares easily, this may not be the best book. It has horrifying parts of it that are worse than most horror movies. And it's all a true story. That's all!

No thanks, I already stuffed my face with cookies earlier.
I must ask, what are the musical taste's of everyone? I know there's a music forum, but I thought I'd get the ideas of a couple people earlier. Yes, we all love Emilie, but who else?

In addition to Emilie, I'm a big fan of the Dresden Dolls, Voltaire, Nightwish, Tori Amos, and Within Temptation. Emilie is my #1, though. It's hard for me to stop listening to her. xd
