Dragonspine hmm'ed as he appraised Louis with a critical eye. He collasped gracefully into a cross-legged seated position, dragging Faigle to the floor with him, although he continued to ignore her squawks of protest.

"Well kid, you drew blood. That's a good start since blood will freak out a lot of newbies. However, aimless scratching won't cut it beyond that. You hafta go for the weak spots, like Missy here was gonna ram you in the gut. Say, er either of you bonded? Gimme yor real name and I'll have a word with the techies, see if I can get you into my class, unless you'd rather learn lore or magic."

Having given up on trying to loosen the grip on her wings, Faigle sat quite still. She chirred, pleased that he'd recognized her intent, and therefore, her skill compared to..what was his name? Louis. The pleased feeling quickly flamed into a rivalry when the strong man offered his class to Louis. The coward was still hiding between those chairs!

Faigle jerked her wings hard, suddenly trying to stand up. Her voice, normally soft and quiet when she wasn't shrieking, bubbled firmly from her chest in an attempt to drown out whatever Louis might reply. "My name is Whitehawk! I want to be in your class!"

Of course you were, you dolt! Faigle wanted to say, but she kept her mouth shut. In her opinion, the boy sounded stupid enough as it was, she didn't need to point it out. Plus, she had to impress this guy if she wanted to get into his class, so she waited politely while Louis mumbled out his answers. Granted, she did have a small amount of respect for anyone willing to bite her that hard, but he was such a sissy! Weren't boys supposed to be rough and tumble?

"Why yes, you were. You didn't do too badly either, I think. Well, if you ever change your mind about fighting, look for me. The name's Dragonspine." he said, standing up and once again pulling Faigle along with him. "And you, missy. We should proabably have a little talk sometime, but I'll let the techies know that I've got dibs on you. When she suddenly yanked her wing out of his grasp, he whistled. "Dang, Missy. You got some strong wings there. If you're not waiting for anyone, how about having that talk in my office right now, eh?"
