Serenity averted her own gaze to looking at the tree tops of the tree she was under, acting casual and like she was watching one of those tree climbing creatures.

Kiun was getting bored from pretending to eat grass, so he lifted his head and trotted over to the tree. Following Serenity's gaze up into the branches, he saw the beady eyes of a tree rat. He asked, "Do you like tree rats?" He gestured to the creature.

Serenity looked upwards at the two beady eyes in the tree "well..I've never actually seen one..so I wouldn't know if I liked them or not.." she said and looked at him "do you like tree rats?" she questioned.

Kiun made a face at the tree rat, then turned back to Serenity. He glowered a bit as he answered the question, "No, I hate tree rats. They like to throw things at me." As he spoke an acorn came down and hit him on the foread. He whipped his head up to the tree and glared at the tree rat. "stupid things..." He muttured.

Serenity smiled a bit as an acorn hit his head she glances up at the tree rat as if talking to the creature silently. A few mintues later the creature disappeared and she looks at Kiun "you okay? the acorn didn't do that much damage did it?" she asked him

Kiun looked at Serenity and asked curiously, "How did you make the tree rat go away?" He wanted to know how to do that, it would save him a lot of trouble in the long run of things. The stupid creatures just didn't understand the concept of he was big and they were small.

Serenity blinked and looks at Kiun "its simply showing them whoes the boss" she said walking out from under the shade of the tree just in case the tree rat decided to appear again "see if you don't show them whoes boss they won't leave you alone..its like staring down a bad person if they are about to say something or do something you don't like"

Kiun tilted his head to one side and thought about what Serenity had said, If you show them who's boss, then they won't bother you. Well that makes sense, cause they'll be scared of you if you show them you're the boss. He looked back at Serenity, and said, "Hm, it sounds like it works. Maybe for you, so I'll have to try it sometime. Then tell you how it went." He winked. He felt flirty today.

Serenity looks at him "you should try it out next time they decide to drop things on your head" she told him and moved to move his hair off his eyes since it was covering his nice blue eyes "you really need to think of a way to keep your hair out of your eyes..it covers your pretty blue eyes" she told him before taking back a few steps back to gain distance between them

Kiun was a little stunned, it had been a while since a mare had actually flirted back with him. He grinned, then swished his head, the hair just fell back into his eyes. He grinned and shrugged, then said, "Well, its a bit difficult, seeing as over my eyes is where it wants to be." He shrugged his shoulders again.

"well..I can't really do anything about that..so I might as well leave it be.." she stated but she couldn't..she hated that his hair covered his eyes. but once again..if his hair decided to cover his eyes then she would decide to leave it where it wanted to be.

Kiun laughed a little, it amused him that his hair bothered Serenity so much. He shook it out of his eyes again, and said, "Well if it pleases you that much I will try to keep it out of my eyes." He grinned.

This time she couldn't keep herself from flushing..so she flushed a pink shade and looked down waiting for the flush to disappear "well..thats's up to you..its your hair not mine"

Kiun tossed his head amiably, and said playfully, "All this talk about my hair is making me feel very vain and important." He grinned and continued, "Shall we move on to another topic so I may feel balanced out? Perhapes my imaculate hooves?" He grinned, to show that he was only joking. Still, he didn't want to seem too silly, but he couldn't resist strutting, letting his golden hooves shine in the midday sun.

Serenity smiles a bit "okay stop!" she said barely managing to keep her cheeks from turning a shade of light pink. "well..I don't think I have anything to say about your hooves" she told him and watches him strut about
