Kimaji frowned at what this bear said, looking down at her paws. So Ran had died? And the bears had left.. no wonder they didn't find any. Though.. she couldn't help but cheer up a bit; if the bears had left because it'd been to cold for them here, at least they found a warmer place, right? And they could probably come back, now that it wasn't winter anymore! .. If they wanted to, of course.
Her small moment of optimism was cut short, though, as she was greeted with a rain of pebbles by a bird landing on the rocks overhead, its talons slipping clumsly and its wings flaring out for balance-- which sent pebbled down on Kimaji who'd just stayed a bit too close to the mountainside.
"Ow! " She huffed as one hit her nose, leaping off the rock and shaking her head. That had not been nice. But now, back onto Cor and the bears. Ran had died.. and she'd had a cub. But Ran was their mommy... What about their dads? Didn't bears have them too? Then again.. she didn't have a mom. But the bears here had lost family, and friends too.. it wouldn't be very nice to prod them about it further.
Shrugging slightly, she decided she should probably get closer, though since she'd been sitting back up till now.. maybe the bears would be surprised at another lion with a.. skin on her back. "Uh.. Hi. " She said quickly after her realization, Swaii had always said it was impolite not to greet someone! She forced a small smile, unsure of what else to do and padded a little more into view; she hadn't exactly been hiding, but she had been back there in the shadow of the mountains, simply listening to Cor and the.. bears conversation. "I'm Kimaji! " Yeah, it was also very impolite, according to Swaii, to not give your name. He was a proud lion, and probably wouldn't tolerate his daughter not having any manners.
Come to think of it, she hadn't caught the bears name. "Whats your name? "

 "There is nothing we can do to change what happened. Soon we will move down the mountain as well, now that the cubs are old enough." "Then I wish you a safe journey."
It was then that the young lioness had entered the conversation, and Corellon could not help the smile that crossed his maw at her innocence. Startled by the sudden appearance of a second stranger, the more skittish of the cubs fled, hiding behind the paws of his mother, daring only a curious peek. However the other cub was bolder, rather than hiding as his brother had done, he gave in to curiosity, approaching the lioness to investigate.
The bear herself did not seem surprised, she must have seen Kimaji watching from behind Corellon, perhaps she had even assumed she was his child, such a thing would have made sense."I am Hana."

They were leaving too.. But if it was best for them, it was probably a good idea. Swaii had said mistweavers had left when the rain stopped coming-- actually, he had left. But he didn't go much in detail to himself, Kimaji never knew why. "Good luck, " she said, then blinked as the bear cub approached. Now that she was closer, seeing it was a lot easier-- it was so fluffy!
She smiled, flicking her tail and crouching a bit so that the eye level was much btter-- it wasn't so different than with Kimbilio, was it? Only Kimbilio was a god. A.. cub god, yes. She wondered if he'd managed to fly yet.. "Hi, " She said, then looked at the bear again.
"Hana is a pretty name. " She smiled, deciding she liked the names the bears had-- Ran and Hana! They were pretty neat. Only.. Ran was..

He smiled, a sorrow hidden within the kind expression, watching the young and the innocent. The peaceful essence of life, it lived on even in the harshest land and amid the greatest tragedy.
Though the journey had been longer than expected, they had found the answers they sought. It was a tragic end, and yet despite it all life continued on. In that there was some comfort, the bears of this valley had not vanished, they had moved on, following the path that nature guided, continuing their own story.
And as this young family would soon leave the valley, so too would they. The answers found, it was the last day the lions would spend in this valley, leaving the unforgiving mountain for the warmth and familiarity of the African plain. They would leave with well wishes and a promise to meet again when the cubs were grown, perhaps then the young one would take his mother's place as avatar if he chose. But until that day, home called to them, and the forest summed its protector.
