You're very welcome, Selenil! Soleil giggled at Selenil's excitement, and shook her head after taking another bite from her apple. Moving closer towards the simple fencing, she watched him search through the pieces, her eyes near sparkling with a distinct joy over finding a potential friend. What sort of thing are you looking for? Or will you not know until you find it? she called, knowing well enough for herself that sometimes situations were simply that way.

"I have a faint idea, but I won't really know." Selenil smiled as he lifted one up, running a hand down the wood. "Mm, too heavy," he muttered as he put it back and looked at another. "It's like magic. First it's not there, then you see it." He made a sort of motion with his hands, before picking another up. "Ah, this one looks good!" He said, giving it's strings a quick pluck.

Soleil smiled brightly as she watched Selenil pick over the instruments. What is it? she asked, moving in closer, hiding her blush best she could behind her snack. She'd never really looked over the pieces as she passed by them, nor did she ever ask the vendor, who was an older Serpenti, his waistlength locks ribboned in a low silver ponytail.

"Ah, I'm not sure of the name, but I think it's just about right!" Selenil nodded, having already looked at the price that was listed to be sure he could afford it.

Well, okay! Soleil giggled and nodded to the purplehaired boy, and waited for him to purchase the piece. The older Serpenti smiled softly to Selenil as he watched the younger one look over the pieces, but stayed where he rested, working on his newest piece to let the boy decide on his own if that was truly the piece he'd like.

Selenil examined it for a few more moments before nodding victoriously. "Yes, that is it." He smiled and turned to the owner, pulling out his money to pay for it. "I'd like to buy this one please."

The vendor offered a warm smile to Selenil and moved from his seat, placing gently his tools to one side and the wood he worked to the other, a soft grunt as he moved upright. When he spoke, it wasn't in the common language that Soleil and the younger Serpenti spoke, but it was remarkably understandable. With a soft request for a reasonable payment, the man offered out a small pamphlet and what seemed like a row of short plastic straws he claimed to be a tool to help Selenil tune the instrument properly after changing out strings. Soleil waited quietly and finished off her snack, tucking the applecore back into her back though her orange orbs kept on the men.

Selenil pulled his money out, holding out his fair amount with a smile of his own. If it wasn't enough, then he would have to ask the other to hold it, as he ran (slithered?) home to get more. However, he did feel confident in the price he offered.

The vendor counted the money and offered a warm smile to Selenil, an offering of well wishes and much enjoyment before making his way back to his workplace. Soleil giggled and moved closer to Selenil, the little tuning tool sparking great curiosity in her. What's that? she giggled, prodding at the pipes.

Selenil smiled and held the insturment lovingly, then looked at the tools, holding them in his other hand. "They're for returning when I change the strings." He nodded, then smiled brightly. "Okay, I promised to play you something, so let's find a good spot to play it!" He grinned at her.

There's a place at the edge of the woods off that way that I like to go, Soleil started, blushing softly despite the smile that formed on her soft features as she gestured to the south-west from where they stood. Do you think we could stop by the fruit stand so I can get another apple?

"Of course!" Selenil smiled. "Let's go!" He gave a victorious punch in the air, grinning again.

Soleil couldn't help but giggle as she watched the boy, his joy over the new means of entertainment bringing her great joy as well, seen him so happy making her heart sing. Kay! she giggled, mimicing his victorious punch into the air before gently reaching to take his hand to lead him towards her favorite fruitstand. Are you going to make up a song just for me? she asked, blushing faintly as she peered to the purplehaired boy.

Selenil nodded heartily, smiling. "Yep! Because I don't have any music to go on, or any I've memorized." He grinned at her, following along.

I'm sure it'll be fantastic!! she giggled, pausing to turn to Selenil to offer him a gentle hug before blushing brighter and taking his hand to lead him around the large bamboo kiosk. She let go of his hand gently, and eyed over the wide variety of apples. Her movements were slow as she made her way around the cresent-shaped shop, and with a happy little noise she pointed to the oranges. Would you like to share an orange with me instead?
